In all this points I think I got what you meant my clean dopamine, it is dopamine detox right?
About other points, what do you personally do to keep a good mental health and strong self (esteem/image/worth/belief/power)?

It’s essential to have a balance of serotonin, oxytocin, dopamine & endorphins. Using cortisol in a healthy constructive way through “healthy stress.”

There are dopamine supplements out there.

I find a lot of people swing on a pendulum of dopamine and cortisol.

When you aren’t balanced in one of the 4 happy chemicals, you may be overloaded in another.

Excess in one creates a deficiency in another, resulting in more cortisol.

For me EOG. It cleared all my limiting beliefs and made me think I could do anything. Need to stick to stage 4 after.

It worked with the stages, clearing my limiting belief around doing business as an entrepreneur (I have been nearly 20 years in corporate) to make me imagine and believe in grand and complex business: writing a book to set myself as an expert authority, develop a software for my industry and start a consulting business while linking with different people in my network. I ended up also networking with a random guy to do a technical / commercial conference still in my industry, bringing in some local politican. I wrote the book, did the conference and started to work on the software and consulting business but then I got a really good job offer that made me postpone my grand dreams. and I dropped EOG. I am kind of coming back to this grand vision right now because the really god job is not satisfying anymore. Another solution would be that the new wealth subliminal makes me take over a million dollar company as their new CEO.
