Subs in the car?

This seems really interesting, I guess it makes sense that the sub would act more like a pre-workout, in the sense that you should take it before working out to feel the effects instead of taking it during the workout, which could actually be disadvantageous since it could make you nauseated.

I think it really just depends on how any given sub is scripted. The actual content I mean. Some might be better for use “in the moment” such as at the gym. Others may be more the pre-workout version you talk about.

To be safe, I’d recommend following the recommendations to NOT use subs while driving (since I took this off-topic somewhat. My bad.). If you DO listen in the car, just be VERY mindful of how you’re feeling and reacting in the moment.

I see, so when gyms open, I’ll probably buy it and use it as a pre-workout, or do you think wanted is enough for gains?

I don’t know what “enough” would be.

WANTED does do physical shifting, so it should help with results when you work out.

Emperor Fitness however might be a better choice if you want something workout focused.

Well the way I thought about it, I was already at a really aesthetic shape before gyms were closed, and while I shrunk down somewhat, I’m pretty sure I’d get back to where I was due to muscle memory and some bulking within a couple months when gyms open on Saturday, plus the physical shifting of wanted is about attractiveness right? Meaning I can consciously guide it towards what I see as attractive for myself, therefore, as someone who doesn’t really care about extreme size but more about aesthetics, it should be enough in the way that’s in my head :thinking: plus so far, wanted has really been good in terms of helping me with a bigger appetite and shirts seem to fit much better than the last couple of months, sorta like when I was actively working out.

I think you are the right track. How about give it 90 days and notice the results? My guess is the worst thing that might happen is you won’t bulk up as much as you wanted, but you’ll be sexier.

yea that’s the plan, tbh the plan is actually to push it as much as possible till my next bday (in December), so I got a lot of time to thoroughly test it :smiley:
