Your ability to be openminded is tied to how well you can reflect on yourself and understand not just what you feel, but why you feel that way. Getting to the core truth of your emotions/thoughts will set you free. Keep listening to the subliminal audio you’ve been using, it’s helping you on this journey.
The way it’s framed right now is a bit too abstract.
Needs more context.
Open-minded to what? In what situations? What were the practical situations and experiences that led to this question in the first place?
I am willing to bet that there are some issues and circumstances about which you are more open minded and others about which you are less so. Moreover, not every issue is worth even being open minded about.
Originally, the question was framed becuase of my desperate attempts to improve my romantic life and career. For example, while using Wanted or Wanted Black, I am unable to be open minded of the idea that I am attractive.
I have always supressed my emotions from childhood, hence when I actually try to evaluate my belief systems I am snapped back because of strong emotions. It’s as if the ego wants to dearly hold onto the belief.
I have always been afraid of facing and accepting my emotions and the truth they may reveal, which leads to avoidance. I am afraid it may shatter my ego terribly and I may not be able to build from the start.
This is an excellent statement. To be honest, I think that even taking the time to conceptualize and write this already makes it much more likely that you’ll get what you need and seek, even if no one here gives you any opinions or advice at all.
Clarity is transformational in itself. (Shout-out to journaling.)
What you describe above lines up pretty much spot-on with the Subliminal Club concept of ‘Healing’. In that ‘Healing’ process, the doubts, ‘blocks’, internal barriers to desired outcomes and capacities would be challenged, eroded, blasted, melted, and so on. In the older multi-stagers, this process would typically happen in Stage I.
Interestingly, it just so happens, however, that the approach to Healing has itself been undergoing an innovative transformation. Not only is ‘Healing’ being approached differently, but the facilitation of openness and ease of change is now also much more integrated into how every updated subliminal works.
The NSE programs have transcended traditional Healing. They all bring about an increased openness to change in both your mind and your external circumstances. This happens organically and builds on those opportunities and patterns that are already present within you and your reality.
So, the shortest answer to your original question is one that you’ve already read up above: Keep listening and working with the subliminals and yourself, and you’ll find that you’re becoming a more confident and malleable person, able to trust in your own growth process, in the potential of your environment, and in your capacity to ascend.
Apart from this, there are three ‘Healing’ principles that can generally be used, if one wishes, to support that change process.
Work on dissolving the blocks to change. This means challenging, rewiring, breaking down the beliefs, habitual behavior patterns, perceptions, and emotional responses that lead you to feel disconnected from your desired condition. A program like Dragon Reborn Red is typically going to supercharge that process.
Work on strengthening the connections and bridges to your desired capacity. This means planting the seeds, integrating the routines, observing the models and real-world examples of the capacity you’ve decided to cultivate. With this side of the approach, you decide on your desired outcome and simply choose the subliminal that best represents it. If you’re not sure which one that is, then as @Trader noted way up above, Genesis is for you.
Transform the entire perspective so that the old blocks and the old bridges no longer work in the same way. Sometimes this approach is called the Spiritual method. It’s like, if you’ve been getting frustrated with the hills and valleys, getting into a helicopter and taking a ride straight up that reveals to you that the hills and valleys are all connected, and in fact a little over to the west, there’s actually an ocean and to the north, a wide flat plain. You then return to Earth with a deeper appreciation for the whole landscape, and a valley does not bother you so much anymore, since you realize that your earlier thoughts that ‘this is endless and hopeless’ were not actually accurate.
One way to apply that approach is by running ‘Spiritual’ programs. Another is to apply some other program that deeply strengthens you but that is not directly related to the so-called ‘problem’ or ‘goal’. Like when someone who feels blocked and stuck in the area of money and finances, chooses to run a physical strength and fitness program. This gets them in touch with a kind of liberated power that can make them feel less trapped by the original situation.
Anyway, those are some thoughts for what they’re worth.
It’s worth saying too that Love Bomb helps with all of this no matter what strategy you use. Love transcends; and the capacity for love is transcendent.
Stay with the path, brother. We’re all walking it with you.
Intresting insights @Malkuth and @Skadoosh, I am grateful that you took out the time to help.
I will give both of your insights a try and report if I see changes.
Then how would someone go about processing this for example? Since the rationalisation sounds logical, does that mean I cannot be attractive? I may be sounding desperate here, but I need to get to the bottom of this.
Woah, blew my brains out. Never followed this line of thought. That was genius, how come I never observed this !
Please don’t leave me hanging like that, you are playing the coquette game, a bit now, a bit for later haha.
I am inclined to believe that you somehow convince your subconscious that it does not need to use these criterias and you lower the effect of these subconscious structures somehow.
