Sub for getting more emotional regulation & control

I have come to realize something about myself. I suck at regulating my emotions. They keep bottling up, reach a breaking point and in tense moments I lash out at any person infront of me. I also have a hard time when I try to cry, it seems I just can’t do it until I reach that breaking point.
Given this situation which sub will help me with emotional regulation and control?

From my experience with the subs that I’ve used, I had the best development in emotional control when using WB.

LBFH or LB. After 3 cycles of LBFH, a wall inside of me broke and i have a really easy time to cry when i need to. It became easier to forgive & be vulnerable with myself.

here is the exact moment that that happened:

For subs that I’ve never used yet, i guess Phoenix is the best for emotional control.

good luck

How did WB help you?

WB made it easier for me to just observe & not get carried by emotions. it helped me gain more clarity over my feelings too.

Here is my journal when the effect was the most significant.

Viktor’s Victory Venture (HERO Origins + DR Red) - #267 by Viktor

That’s a big help. Thank you for sharing.

@Lion Any suggestions?

Yo bro! At first glance, I would recommend Sanguine.

But I also do remember Renaissance Man helping me with regulating emotion and being empathic while at the same time not being overwhelmed by other people’s emotions.

Wanted was also very good thanks to the nonchalance scripting. You don’t feel bad. You just feel carefree and awesome.

All the OG products there haha!

Am sure you will find the right one for you.

I believe that this is addressed with Phoenix

Yes, @Viktor did say that as well.

@James why are you apologizing  ? I didn’t say that you did anything wrong.

Congrats bro…this is a big realization. Taking back the locus of control is a great step.

But I’m going to disagree with you on the “suck at regulating” part because you said:

It sounds like you’re excellent at suppressing emotions, which implies that you already have the ability to control your response to them. So you’re half way to the result you want already! :muscle:

But you don’t have the tools to process and express them the way you’d prefer? Which is why “breaking points” are a thing for you?

I don’t know you though, so I might be way off.

An important question to my mind is: what do you want “emotional regulation and control” to look & feel like?

There are so many subs here that help with the emotions, directly and indirectly, that a little clarity about the kind of experience you want would go a long way.

Feel free to elaborate, or not, no pressure to share this personal stuff on a public forum.

So, as for a blind recommendation, I’d say: Dragon Reborn: Gold

Why?

Because it’s all about ME, obviously, lol… I’m going through stage 1 right now and I can tell you it’s better than any of the other subs I’ve run so far in the “processing and expressing emotions” department. Being an effective leader and growing in wisdom taps right into learning how to communicate more effectively and having self-mastery (for me), but I’m also at a place where this is the flavor of experience I want to develop, and it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

The other suggestions above are really good too, and I had similar positive experiences with 'em.

So there you go. Good luck bro

Thank you for your suggestion, Just curious but why DR:GOLD and not DR:Red?

Emotional regulation and control would probably mean to be able to control myself from lashing out in tense moments and keep calm for one.
And another emptying the pent up emotions so I don’t dwell on them more than necessary and use my headspace for something more productive. Which can be only done if the said emotion is expressed properly (I do feel better emotionally after lashing out even though it makes me feel guility afterwards).

Mainly because of this

[quote=“Fire, post:77, topic:22618”]

And also this

Gold resonates with where I am currently and where I’d like to get to more than Red does is all. Gold operates off of the Red framework too, so I don’t think I’m missing out on any healing.

The way I categorized them in my mind is: Red is purely inwardly focused (which inevitably changes how you experience/influence everything outside of you), while Gold focuses on internal purification with the additional goal to deliberately focus outwards and lead with wisdom.

Anyway, that’s probably a gross oversimplification, but that’s how I see them.

You considering running any of the Dragons?

Sometime in future. Kind of expensive for me right now.

This is going to sound annoying probably…but the distinction might help: You feel better emotionally after lashing out expressing.

Now, you just need to figure out which methods to use to “express properly” as you said, and to “empty the pent up emotions” i.e. express them. And you already have a good sense of what that means and how you’d prefer to do it.

Next step imo is just practice, and selecting a sub that will give you the flavor of experience you want right now.

Do you want to have more of a idgaf emotional detachment to things? There’s a sub for that.

Are you more interested in using your emotional energy to drive creation? There’s a sub for that.

How about increasing your empathy for yourself and others so you understand emotional drivers better and can guide circumstances to the results you prefer? There’s a sub for that.

This is all my personal opinion tho, so definitely toss it out if it stinks :poop:

Phoenix title, literally has “develop emotional mastery”. In my opinion, it should get the job done. It’s good that you want to focus on this area because it will better prepare you for the natural reconciliation that occurs during any process of growth (any other subliminal or area you try to work on in life). This type of inner work should make running subliminals easier, in general.

Another option is Dragon Reborn RED.

The difference between them, is that Phoenix attempts to completely “rebirth” you rapidly, whereas Dragon Reborn: RED is more gradual, holistic and in-depth.

From my experience Phoenix or Love Bomb.
LB helps from a completely different angle though.
With its selflove and forgiveness scripting, it’s becoming easier to love yourself despite the emotions you bottle up.
Since you’re able to forgive yourself for feeling that way, it’s easier to acknowledge and express these emotions, so they will not get bottled up.

Same goes for others as well. When you’re able to forgive easier (not forgetting things, a great difference), your emotional landscape will change because negative emotions aren’t as likely to arise.

If I was wanting more emotional regulation and control, this is what I would consider from the main shop:

Sanguine
Regeneration
Sanguine: The Elixir
Dragon Reborn Red

To be more specific, I would start with Sanguine, and use it for 30 days. THEN I would consider adding Sanguine: The Elixir. So at that point I would be listening to both those. Then after another 30 days, I would reconsider. Should I add Regeneration? Should I drop Sanguine? Should I drop Sanguine: The Elixir? Should I listen to Regeneration with Sanguine? Should I listen to Sanguine: The Elixir with Regeneration? Etc.

What ever I decided, I would do it for another 30 days. THEN I would re-think my stack and consider starting Dragon Reborn Red. I would also consider listening to Sanguine as I listen to DRR.
