I just offered as a win-win situation program if the goal is spiritual. With Spiritual Growth you won’t be a slave to anything material yet have ability to enjoy them without attachment.

Speaking from my personal experiences, the first thing that helped was stopped using alpha subs like Wanted, Emperor, Stark etc. Second and third thing were conclusions I reached based on my custom experiences - Health subs such as Paragon/modules such as Asclepius or Intelligence subs like Quantum Limitless/modules IQ and Cognitive Booster helped that too.
