If you started to learn game, I would recommend books called Models by Mark Manson & The Natural by Richard La Ruina. They are fantastic books. This will help you learn so much about stuff you might experience down the line. + Paired with PS, works great.

Day 4: night
In the gym I was in my frame…not giving attention to girls but caught girls looking at me…
Even I talk to new girl which is big accomplishment for me since i was very shy as a person
Can’t wait for tomorrow day 5… primal seduction and limitless
I hope tomorrow I will get some big results

Day 5 morning: listen to primal seduction and limitless after waking up in morning then again slept
I don’t have problem with sleeping because in past I slept little and daily I woke up 3-4 times in middle of sleep for bathroom
But I expect after limitless I will be energized but I sleep

Day 5 afternoon:
I felt great though I have caffeine in past too but the amount of energy I am feeling is over the top
I am doing task fast and fast… though I haven’t been productive because I haven’t made good to do list
Was thinking of going gym in after but every time I procastinated but today I have done it…went to gym…gaze from 2 woman is noticable
I easily take weights and they feel very light…today I went extra hard on my self and done good workout with new weight and still i am not feeling any exhaustiin…though my stack was PS and limitless…I dont know how it helped me in gym…
Still day not finished

Day 5 evening:
Okay in the evening I went to another gym where I performed well too.Talk to a few girls just general talk and nothing else…I am happy that I am talking to girls now…which is a big improvement…tomorrow I will start learning the game & will apply girls to whom I talk to
overall good…most of the day I was calm…there is a moment where I should be angry on family member but I choose to stay calm…that first time in my life I select calm & collectiveness over angriness
Still possessive about one girl but I hope things will get smooth after I get success in learning game
tomorrow is day 6 which is the rest day on the 7th day which is on 9th December Wanted day…lets see 1st how tomorrows rest day goes

Why I am telling this now?
Because I am keep seeing too many dreams last night
These subliminal are working on my brain…I wish they help me sleeping without waking up multiple times

Listen to wanted last night had random dream…and as usual sleep distrubunce with frequent bowel movement
I will use paragon and regeneration for sure for my next stack
Completed 8 hours sleep till 12 pm and you guys can understand how bad my day will be
Feeling relaxed and happy… listening to love songs
Got compliments from 2 people…but didn’t went outside for much time…but going to gym right now
Still felt attachment with girls I liked…I hope this month attachment will get finished as I started reading book pook

Day 8: rest day
Its pretty awkward days with lots of laziness
I don’t know why after wanted I am getting cold it’s 2nd time
Today I felt very tired
Now at night before sleep i will go with ps and in morning limitless

Listen to last night primal seduction
Had vivid dreams… mostly of my old friend
Now having very bad headache
Still didn’t listen to limitless
Felt robust after limitless and done few small works…but this headache because of cold limiting my ability
Ok I have started washout from today morning and will complete till 27 December 2021
I read about washout and finally convinced myself it’s for my own good
I won’t do any silly experience and stick with washout
I will meantime learn and listen other conscious things which will help me in my goals
No more sub till 27
I wasn’t actively write my journal but believe me guyz subs helped me a lot

Manifestation on subs are real… yesterday 35 year old woman hit me on message and now today 18 year old beauty
It’s hard for me to reply both on same time today…as it’s washout day 1 almost finished…i am wondering still subs are working like magic despite i am not listening to them…though it la just day 1…
