I came across this passage in a book about Zero-point energy I downloaded months ago but never opened until today.

“What is the Zero-Point?

Today I purchased Emperor: Black to stack along side my Stark Emperor Fitness Stage 4 custom.

First 2 loops down. There is definitely an energetic aspect to it. I can feel energy moving through my brain and body.

I feel the increased desire to get things done and not waste time.

I’m curious as to how this all develops over time, but the kick in the ass to get things done is what I’ve been looking for. Carpe Diem Ascended has been helping for sure, and I was even considering adding in Executive ZP to my stack, but the description for Emperor Black spoke to some part of me.

I recognize that minus the holidays, the winter is the best time to go into monk mode. Although I will be with my family of course, there’s nothing like snow and cold weather to make you hunker down and focus. As the ol’ bodybuilding adage goes, “Summer bodies are built in the Winter.”

I can feel the processing going on in the background which is always an unique experience.

Processing on ZP v2 is smoother. It feels like integration.

Yesterday, I had several people (women mostly) stop and ask me for directions or some other questions. I sometimes get one person here and there, but it was pretty consistent all afternoon.

As an Index Gate manifestation, I found Harvard’s intro to computer science course on YouTube. Learn the basics of computer from the most well known school for it in the world, absolutely.

Proscrastination is fear

I had been putting off completing an application for professional license. Today I decided to do it. I had built up in my mind all of these documents I needed to gather, because of previous experience getting licensed through this organization.

To my surprise, they instituted a fast track for people who already have one of the licenses that I do. That meant I was able to apply in a fraction of the time and with less than half the paperwork I would have needed without this fast track.

I’ve already received notification that my license has been approved. This means someone will just verify the paperwork, and they’ll send me my new license in the mail.

I’ve instantly increased the types of projects I can take on and the rate I can charge for the projects requiring this license.

I have one more license to test for before the year is out to further improve my professional qualifications.

And at the same time, I envision the future when I will not be doing this type of work. And yet I can see myself creating the technology to empower other professionals to do their job even better.

I’ve gone down a rabbit hole of augment reality and it’s uses in industrial and educational settings. For those curious, NSF is doing some very interesting things with AR and training restaurant workers. Now I’m wondering all the ways it can be used in my industry.

Today has been rough.

Late night helping family. Early morning for work. Missed my workout and normal morning supplementation and hydration.

Add in mental processing, too much thc last night, and I’m moving at half speed, but still getting things done.

Lesson learned: Set myself up for success in all the ways that I can.

Had to fight the urge to listen to my stack this morning. I won.

Breaking old listening pattern habits its much easier. I remember a time when more was better, but these days less is best and while I’ve fought that for a while, I’m more accepting of dealing in reality vs. my opinion about it. It’s like trying to solve a problem using Newtonian Physics when it can only be solved with Special Relativity.

P.S. I’m reviewing more coding related material. There are a few small automation projects I want to take on for myself. They will test my coding abilities and once successful, provide better tools to do my job.

For example, I want to scrape the regulations that relate to my work and put them in a database that I can connect to MS Word and easily pull data from as needed when writing reports. It’ll make referencing easier. I’ve look all around and it doesn’t exist, so not only can I use it, but so could other companies.

Day 1:

Maybe it’s Februus. Maybe it’s Emperor Black. Maybe it’s Sub model Alpha.

I’m more clear than I have been about the story I told myself of who I was and who I would be in the world. I’m hyperaware of the opportunities I have squandered. I can see the moments with such clarity and no emotion. It’s as if my mind is showing me all the times I wasn’t who I thought I was. It’s revealing the choices that have lead me here.

And to be clear. Here is not disappointing. I shot for the stars and made it to Mars. Now I’m planning my next trip. It’s as if I’m doing a post mission review of all the critical moments where my equipment (belief system + actions) failed and diverted my mission. There’s no emotion present just pure logical review and analysis.

I haven’t finished the video of Lecture 0 of CS50, but already my mind is easily absorbing the building blocks of programming and how computers work.

There was a point in the lesson about how programmers will often write out how a program should work in plain english and then adapt the needs of the program to the coding language being used. And that was an “Aha” moment for me. So much of my thinking previously was concerned with learning certain coding languages, but now I see it more differently.

Computer programming is like Anatomy and Physiology for technology. The coding languages are the tools used to perform surgeries. You want a surgeon to know how to use the tools, but more importantly you want the surgeon to understand how the body works and how to perform this surgery so the body works as it should.

So I’m going to spend some time understanding the A&P of technology so that I am better equipped to build what I have in mind.

Emperor Fitness Complete

This week I did not work out as I normally would. There were a few obstacles to me doing my workouts, and I did not workout on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. This also revealed a flaw in my attempt at following a 4 Day Split with the X3. Because If I miss a day or two, I find it throws off my whole rhythm.

So while I have enjoyed the pump of the Serge Nubret style of training using the X3, I’m going to go back to the traditional 2 Day Push Pull Split I was doing. There’s less to think about and if I miss a day or two, it’s easy to pick up where I left off without throwing off when I work other muscle groups.

Day 2:Off

There is only now.

I was discussing eating dinner with one of my children, when they told me, “I’m not hungry, I’ll just eat tomorrow.”

Out of nowhere I responded, “You can’t eat today’s calories, tomorrow. There is only now.”

I immediately knew, this was the script integrating into my thinking. Maybe EmpB. Or Carpe Diem Ascended.

Either way, this hasn’t been my normal mode of thinking. I have previously been very laissez-faire about to-dos and tasks. I did what I “could”, but if I had to push something off until tomorrow, I did.

But I’ve noticed a shift.

For example, at the end of my work day, I have several reports/checklists that have to be completed and placed into their respective binders. What I have been doing is finishing the paperwork and leaving it on my desk as the first thing to manage in the morning. Last week I allowed Thursday-Saturday’s paperwork to remain on my desk. Yesterday, I was possessed. Not only did I file the paperwork, but by the end of the day, I finished 30 minutes early with all reports filed away.

My desk isn’t completely clear, as I have one more project that will require at least 1 hour of focused effort to complete. But it will be done. I am compelled.

Last night, after dinner, I wasted no time cleaning up the table. As I was doing it, I mentally noted, “This is unusual. I’ve started, now I have to finish.”

Starking out.

My trip down the rabbit hole of computer programming continues. I’ve been researching no-code products, Kotlin (for Multi-platform mobile app development), C, C++, & a little bit of AI. I have so many ideas for products/platforms/services etc.

Ideally, I would like to build a micro saas, or saas that people happily pay me to use because it makes their lives easier or creates some additional value for them or their business.

For example, I want to build a Snap chat like filter that would put show a particular pair of shoes over a person’s foot or shoe. A virtual try before you buy feature. Why? A buddy of mine owns a shoe company, and it would be a great test of my programming/coding abilities to create it, show it to him, and if he want’s it, offer it as a service. Because if he wants it, then other shoe retailers would as well.

Down the line, I have an idea for an augmented reality app for my industry, that would allow a supervisor to walk a floor and the app would show information about safety issues, workers, etc.

These are just ideas for the now, but turning a micro saas into $20k+ MRR is the goal.

Day 4:

Microloops to the rescue

Today should have been my “Off” day, but instead I played one 30s micro loop of Stark Fit Custom (here forth called SFC) and EmpB. To avoid the possibility of overdoing it, I used an audio editor to trim the 1st 30 seconds from each file and put them together.

This is overkill, but efficient.

I’ve been productive as hell, just not on what I should be doing. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

But I have had major breakthroughs on what will be my first app. After a quick trip through the Android Play store I noticed that while there were a handful of apps that offered something similar, many were old, and poorly designed, but making money.

So I decided I will build something better, especially since I’m actually in the industry and would use it regularly. This lead me to a bunch of research and trying to figure out how I would either:

• Build/use a scraper to turn a document I have into a searchable database for the app
• Build a function into the app that connects to a website (I don’t own) to pull content that may change slowly over time.

I found an even better option an API from another site that host the same content. So now I just have to build in some code that interacts with the API to pull the dynamic content into the App on weekly, monthly, or on demand basis.

Figuring this out simplifies a huge chunk of the programming. So much more to do, but this will give me experience and tens of dollars a month.

I jest, because I already see the additional and premium features that I can build in over time.

This app alone could easily evolve into one microsaas / saas stream of income. Overtime I could add in reporting features so that everything could be completed / shared / tracked in the app.

Index Gate x Technological Prodigy continue to amaze me. I’ve had this custom for 14 days and in that time my technical prowess and ability to integrate computer science / programming concepts is blowing my mind. My ability to find resources and solutions is increasing daily. I’m asking the right questions to understand the use case, requirements, system architecture, and potential languages/ide to build in.

This is likely EmpB. But I’m definitely getting crazy tunnel focus. It’s kind NZTish in that I put my head down, a bunch of time goes by, and I put my head up with more shit done. I imagine it feels like Ed Morra walking through NYC losing time and becoming conscious of it blocks away from where he started. But instead of losing time I’m hyperfocused and goal oriented the whole time.

Quick update:

The effects of Dynasty are taking form. Small but noticeable changes.

EmpB is soooooo good.

I love Emperor, Khan, and Stark, but my experience with EmpB has amplified my ability to block out distractions in such an awesome way, including beautiful women. Previously, I found the extra attention from women flattering, but now I feel like Ludacris.

I’m so focused on what I want to do that I don’t even notice it or engage with it. I’m simultaneously aware of all the people around me and blocking them out at. It’s as if brain quickly scans my field of vision and only focuses on what’s mission critical.

The coding info coming my way is fantastic. I have a few project based Udemy classes lined up.

• Learn C/C++ as a foundation

• Learn python for quick efficient coding and machine learning stuff I have in mind.

• Learn Kotlin to build Android /iphone apps.

Down the line I may add in JavaScript/Rust, but that’s easily 6-12 months away. For now, I’m finishing up CS50 on YouTube.(I can’t recommend this enough for anybody who wants a better understanding.) I should be finished by next week. I’ve also been messing around with a few different IDEs to see which one I prefer.

Day 12:

Mellowing out

I’ve reached a nice little plateau of sorts after the initial effects of the subs became more normalized.

This is the point where a lot of people give up their stack. We all want amazing results to happen immediately and consistently, but that’s just not how this progression of being works.

So I will put my head down and keep pursuing my goals, while listening regularly.

New problems

What am I to do with all these ideas?

There are so many solutions that I am coming up with. I’m beginning to see solutions to problems everywhere. I barely have time to write many of them down let alone tackle them.

Fan the embers and start a fire

I broke through a plateau on my bent over rows this morning. On the previous pull day, I switched to a heavier band and did only 10 full reps and 4 partials before complete muscular exhaustion. Today I was able to do 20 full reps and 4 partials with the lighter band I normally use. That’s a 5 rep boost.

Taking inspiration from Ray Dalio, I’m taking time to determine the principles I want to be present and reflected in my life and the principles that I will use to guide my decision making.

Principles #1: Reality is always right.

I see all the times I didn’t bring 100% to an opportunity. I accept that if there’s something missing from my life, it’s because I wasn’t being and doing what was necessary to have that be present for me.

The spiritual aspects of EmpB are beginning to flourish. I find myself filled with deep reverence for the Universe and the opportunity that waking up is. I feel immense gratitude for all that I do have, and I don’t mean the things. Those are nice creature comforts, but it is ultimately my relationships with people that I cherish most.

Thinking about not being there for the people I love the most is the part that saddens me when I think about my eventual death. I am clear that we all must go and I just hope for enough time to see my kids grow older and have kids of their own.

And it’s said that the samurai were trained to meditate upon their death daily and regularly. For it was through this meditation that they would ultimately become free from the fear of death and become clearer about their goals, ambitions, principles, and actions to take to achieve them.

The lens of death is the ultimate magnifier and clarifier of what’s truly important.

I read this this morning in a book about philosophy and Game of Thrones:

Being morally virtuous can actually be a hindrance, as it may prevent one from doing what is necessary to gain an advantage ​over opponents.”

This distinction resonated deeply with my interpretation of EmpB.

One thing I’ve been going back and forth about is what type of empire should I build?

I was once talking to a young multi-millionaire many years ago. He had inherited a manufacturing company with 100 employees. He also had real estate holdings and he was telling me about scale and he gave the example of his friend who made over $250 million a year with a staff of four people total.

That always stuck with me. There’s a part of me that wants to provide tons of opportunity for people and at the same time guard myself from having too many people around me. Despite posting a subliminal journal online, I’m a very private person. I prefer to operate outside of the limelight. For this maybe a limiting belief, but I’ve always felt that I could be more effective behind the scenes rather than in front of the camera.

I would prefer to be like the trillion dollar coach. A man who few have ever heard of and yet he was the professional coach to CEOs and founders of some of silicon valleys biggest companies. I want to be the “if you know you know” person of influence. I don’t want fame in terms of the general population, but I will be well known among those who need to know.

What a difference 48 hours without subs makes. I’m feeling refreshed overall. The recon has passed. I will continue to enjoy the processing and bloom.

Washed out, but never washed up.

This bloom has been the most notable in terms of effects that are enhanced on a break.

• While I’m not executing on everything, I’m definitely improving.
• Stark is bringing additional recognition at work.
• Stark plus EmpB brings a lot of attention from strangers. I don’t add any meaning to it other than the sub is working.
• Dynasty is helping with parenting. It’s hard to explain other than to say that my patience has expanded and my heart has been opened differently.
• I’m mapping out my future. Years ago I used to do this regularly. My wife and I spoke our house into existence 5 years prior to buying it. We knew where we wanted to live and aligned our lives to that reality.
• I’ve been at a comfortable cruising altitude with no set destination. Now I’m planning my destination so I can align with that reality. In 12 years, I’ll be half a century in age. Where do I want to be by then? What do I want to have in place for definite events that will be happening by then? College tuition? Older parents? Etc. These things will happen whether I’m here or not. So I want to have enough insurance and other systems of income to support these things.
• EmpB & Blue Skies are enhancing my spiritual connection to the world and my supreme gratitude for life. I’m rereading many ancient books with a new understanding of the wisdom within.
• I haven’t coded as much as I would like to over the past week, but I’m still progressing. I have to put a structure in so that I set aside some time a few days a week to study, practice, and build my 1st idea.
• I’m rereading some classics from Brian Tracy. He has so many nuggets of gold packed into his books and audio programs.

Chrysalis

Emperor Black + Emperor Fitness Stage 4 + Physicality Shifter: Sexiness

The strength results and physical transformation of this combination are impressive.

Some context…

A month ago, I fell while working. I caught my fall with my hands, but the force of the fall caused two injuries. I definitely caused some trauma to a tendon running through my elbow. It has prevented me from doing pain free pressing movements since.

I’ve been doing crossovers for my chest and side arm raises for my shoulders, all with resistance bands. Even with the injury and changes, I’m still seeing muscular growth.

The mastery component of Emperor Fitness is definitely kicking in, I’m discovering little tweaks to the exercises I do to target specific muscles better. Today I added rotating my shoulders down to fully extend my bent over rows and hit my rear delts and upper back with my lats. I could feel the difference instantly.

I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror recently and I could see the outline of my abs coming through. I still have a layer of fat over them, but it was a bit surprising because I don’t target my abs, I just engage them with my compound movements.

The scale has been fluctuating between 188 and 193, which is what it is for now. I’m definitely packing on more muscle. If by March, I haven’t broken below 185, I’ll begin to reduce my daily calories by 100 calories (increasing the deficit weekly) with the goal of losing 10lbs over 3 months.

Summer bodies are built in the winter.

I’m strongly considering a dry January to start the year off clearheaded.

This is only after 1 cycle. Friday starts cycle 2.
I’m going to hold off on adding Renaissance Man to my stack. As much as I would enjoy it. My gut is telling me that finishing the year with my current stack is the wise and prudent thing to do.

I find that I have the perfect blend of edge + charisma. I’m the man who can talk to anyone but doesn’t want to talk to everyone.

Most people leave me alone, but some people (tourist) feel comfortable asking for directions when I’m out in the big city.

Women stare a lot. It’s fine because I’m not looking for them and so it means nothing. And this is likely the reason they stare more often. Lol. I’m adding that for the guys interested in those effects. I’m happy having my wife attack me a little more often.
