I found your order and ticket and I’m not trying to be rude by saying this publicly, I just need everyone to understand. You put in a build without having licensed any of the modules. I believe that this was a mistake, but when this occurs, the software we use to create customs is designed to put the order on hold and throw it to the absolute bottom of the queue. By this, I mean your order is put behind everyone and will enter the bottom of the queue once the modules are licensed.

Usually, this can take a very long time to resolve, but given your grace and poise in your communications with us, I’ve asked Q-Engineer to expedite the process and get it done today. Look for a ticket from support within the next few hours.

Please be careful in the future that all builds have the properly licensed modules. Thanks!

So for clarity around the “1 day guarantee”.
I just want to make sure I am on the same page with you. So if I made the purchase Wednesday night should I expect sometime Friday? I apologize, if my expectations were unreasonable in anyway.

As I mentioned I have the upmost respect for this company. And for anyone else reading this, please do your due diligence and reach out to someone before making judgments that aren’t true. We are all excited to work with the tools to change our lives.

No, it’s not unreasonable. Well, the express charge is for one business day, not necessarily exactly 24 hours. Here’s the issue:

The purchase was recorded at 11:45pm on Wednesday, a few moments before midnight. In all fairness, it takes a bit of time for an order to enter the Q software and that occurred around 12:10. If you order earlier in the day, it’ll come a bit earlier.
