I found your order and ticket and I’m not trying to be rude by saying this publicly, I just need everyone to understand. You put in a build without having licensed any of the modules. I believe that this was a mistake, but when this occurs, the software we use to create customs is designed to put the order on hold and throw it to the absolute bottom of the queue. By this, I mean your order is put behind everyone and will enter the bottom of the queue once the modules are licensed.
Usually, this can take a very long time to resolve, but given your grace and poise in your communications with us, I’ve asked Q-Engineer to expedite the process and get it done today. Look for a ticket from support within the next few hours.
