Since Nov 1st. I started with Emperor and picked up Wanted and Spartan at the end of the month
1 1/2 months. Crazy to think of it feels longer
What was your height? Any gains you notice? I notice better posture.

Better posture for sure. Gained about an .5-1 inch so far. Been about 6ish months since I started with physical shifting. Iâm older than you by a bit. 
Oh it does work for male enhancement too, for what itâs worth.

Do you need to activate physical shifting? Iâm wondering when that will kick in terms of height for me

Well there are a few things to keep in mind. First, the subliminal will give you the most important results first. So, youâre going to get the mood elevation before the physical changes. All you need to do is workout, eat healthy, get enough sleepâall things that help with growth. Maybe start writing height increase affirmations to show your subconscious that youâre serious about it.
How long will it take? Impossible for anyone to say, physical shifting depends on many factors and certainly wonât happen fast. Youâre young enough that you might have a growth spurt triggered by Wanted. I would say just keep running your stack, especially because it seems like itâs making you feel good!
Feeling good is the first step toward manifestation!
