I realize that Spartan is mostly meant for physical endeavors but I’m curious as to if it would help with someone trying to develop willpower , self control, and the ability to delay gratification and hold themselves accountable?

@James - i do remember Spartan helping me be more mentally strong and increase willpower. Also helped me with reconciliation (similar to Sanguine’s help with reconciliation).

@Lion Good to know. Thank you. Last night I was watching a Q&A on YouTube with a couple of former Marine MARSOC vets and the way they described all these traits you need to have to be a Marine Recon or Marine Raider sounded almost like parts could have been lifted from the Spartan Q , Legacy Ultima , or Limit Destroyer Ultima sales pages.
Obviously I’m way to old to ever join the military but I respect those folks a fuck ton

Been thinking of a physical sub, and it’s a toss up between Emperor Fitness and Spartan for me
