Why 1 week?
My sense is that EB would be a lot to manage in your life right now.
In my experience, it is a heavy program (given how it has an emphasis on uncovering dark aspects of self) and if focus is a habit you wish to cultivate further, note that it’s recommended you only listen to it for two cycles at a time.
For consistency purposes and general life optimization, I would suggest either a program like The Executive (to increase overall focus on achieving all goals - both as a parent and in your business/personal life) or buckle down on Stark and RM without HoT. Feeling accomplished and capable will influence your sense of attractiveness in as profound of a way as HoT, if not moreso.

(Also, as a side note, Emperor Black wouldn’t make you particularly masculine if that’s not your intent. For a feminine woman the effect would be more like the Goddess Kali - the embodiment of destruction and death (change)/darkness. There is certainly power with deconstructing the dark/shadow aspects, but there’s a place and time for that, and the beginning of a school year might not be it. Also, note there is some specific masculine scripting for voice pattern/tonality and strong [rather than an airy or gentle] body language.)

Between HoT and Seductress, Seductress would be more overarching and aligned with your other goals.
That said, with both HoT and Seductress, it boils down to what your priorities are in life right now. Humans are notoriously bad at multitasking, and this is seen in how we approach goal setting and attainment.
If your focus is your career and family, listen to titles that will support that first. Physical appearance is more fleeting than skills that go into self-attainment, building a business, and achieving goals in general.
However, if you do wish to be seen as more attractive, pinpoint the ‘why?’ - if that ‘why’ is stronger than why you want to build your career, you should acknowledge and honor that.
In ten-twenty years down the line, what would you wish you initially put more of your attention towards?

If you don’t have to spend time with kids
Then it’s a good idea to add Eb to your stack.

I wanted to feel more comfortable and confident seeing myself on camera. I have gotten myself there for the most part.
When replaying my content, I don’t cringe or judge myself the same as I used to.
Seductress helped a lot with that aspect.

Am now wondering whether Genesis would be the perfect third title in your stack.
It has general but powerful attractants like modified Love Bomb and Libertine in its scripting which will help with both your kids and your love life.
It has confidence.
Productivity.
Wealth manifestation.
Bringing the right people into your life.
Finding your purpose.
And the list goes on.
And combined with Stark and Renaissance Man, Genesis could just be the right title to help you reach your Stark and Renaissance Man goals.

Do not underestimate the shadow work in EB. For me it was part of EB and can bring a lot of negative things to light. At least that’s how it was for me. I had to deal with a lot of things from my past and present. Only the negative parts of myself, of course.
They have to be integrated.
I don’t think you need that at the moment.

Of course, we also have to talk more in-depth about the darker aspects of Emperor Black. While CHOSEN is an incredible title that encompasses everyone around you, bringing them into your light, Emperor Black instead pulls you in to help you find your own light within the darkness of your being.
And sometimes it can be very dark there

I’ve been doing shadow work since I was a teenager.
I’m not really interested in doing more atm other than the parts work I’ve been exploring.
Connecting and harmonizing all my inner parts from diff stages of development.

This was very exhausting at a certain point during my 4-month run of EB. However, it only came after 2 months if I remember correctly. Before that, it was just pure power and pure energy directed towards the goal.

Yes, you should take all that into account with a title like EB. Maybe your shadows are already very small by now and this isnt a problem with EB for you.
