My experience is that recon does not directly relate to overload, nor does overexposure lead to recon (again, “directly”). By “recon” I’m meaning the cognitive dissonance that happens as the script brings forth a reaction within me where I react negatively. If I work on that belief/experience which shaped my reaction, recon fades.
If I run 3x15m loops in a day, I will be knocked out for the following 2 days. Tiredness, brain-fog, moodiness etc. but if I do any introspection - there’s nothing to work on. There is no belief, experience that is in contrast to the script. There is just too much script to process.
If I jump into a new sub, I will have greater recon with 15m loops, and it will be easier to work on that recon (introspective wise). But if I do full loops, with multiple subs I’ve ran for a long time, the processing does not get easier.
My experience basically says that overexposure/overload is not recon, and should not be treated as recon, it should just be treated as an overexposure (aka listen less). That’s at least the only tool I have found for overexposure. So if you’re a person who processes stuff faster/quicker easier and don’t find yourself getting overloaded (if we’re distinguishing between overload and recon) I would probably say go full loops.
I get more results on full-loops, but the rest needed between loops makes it impractical for me to use. I reckon most people do not want to be knocked out between listening days, and 80% of the benefit lies in the first quadrant. So for most people it will be better to run micro-loops, hence the recommendations. Since you are more experienced with subs I think it’d be fine with you listening more.
