- I quit YouTube shorts
- I started doing TRE
- I took supplements seriously, bought them and started taking them
- keeping diet has become effortless, I lost ~3.5kg since starting Emperor and diet
- started doing wall sit every morning as a way to train willpower which seems to work
- procrastinating way less
- started to hit my most important tasks without fail daily
- got some opportunities to make money
- got some ideas for passive income which I’m going to look into soon
- added Red Light Therapy to my habits
- not allowing to be pushed around anymore, standing up for myself
- more confidence
- noticing patterns which are standing in the way of achieving the objectives of the sub and mostly effortlessly able to overcome there
- have become calmer
- negative self talk has lessened drastically
- found some crucial resources to my journey
- was able to overcome a few personal blocks regarding diet
- overcame big block regarding learning through courses (still can’t understand fully what it was but I just felt a ton of resistance when watching courses so I procrastinated on it)
- started to feel bored if I’m not working towards goals
- actively working on the sleep schedule now
- made a manifestation routine for myself just out of inspiration
That’s from the top of my head. There could be more in my journal but I just woke up and don’t have the time to re-read it lol

For clarification, KB and KB2 are different products.
There are plans to un-nerf KB. That will be the update of KB.
KB2 will be another product solely for those who do energy work like QiGong and Tai Chi. Yes, one can use the OG KB to direct sexual energy into QiGong and Tai Chi, am guessing that KB2 will take a “universal energy” perspective. Also, it is possible that KB2 might be given a different product name.

HoM is a special title. In this (at times) stressful world, the family module is something I’ve come to truly appreciate.
Sometimes I am reminded of how wonderful this title is, while spending time with my family, laughing along, enjoying some meals, feeling connected to the people I love and I know that loves me. It’s really nice.
For the lack of a better word at times it feels like a gentle cocoon, a shield or a safe boundary to keep the outside world and its stressful influences from coming in.
It’s a good respite.
I hope that will still be kept alongside its amazing wealth manifestations. Banks seems to like me on this… haha…
I understand the name change, it is what it is. SC must protect itself from potential hassles.
Though I admire the illustrious name and their achievements which can still be seen today, I value the title for what SC envisioned it to be and what it aims to do.
It will always be the highly respected, classy, social and mastermind emperor in my book regardless of the name.

im asking bcs i really wonder do you think human can not find a solution for death, in the future years? when i read some books a few years ago they were saying humans will find cure for the death.(in this century)
and one more thing too, as far as i know people aging and dying because of the errors in the cells.
so is solving this mistakes(cure) againgst the nature of reality

It is a simple observable fact of nature that all physical forms are temporary and the existence of anything physical follows the same pattern: birth, life, decline, death (spring, summer, fall, winter).
Even the stars and planets undergo the same process on a massive scale. Our own sun is slated to eventually run out of fuel, growing massively larger as that occurs and consuming all of the inner planets in the process, and with the amount of energy being discharged from this new giant star (I think the sun will actually extend from where it is now, all the way to Jupiter), the gas that comprises the outer planets will ignite and probably destroy them too. Then, eventually, the sun dies.
It’s simply what is, and I personally do not think it’s possible to stop this process of life and death with a sub. The Zero Point format isn’t even suited for such a task because action is required for it to work properly.
Dangerous territory, this path is. Anyone attempting it will find themselves in a world of trouble.
