Haha! Saint and Fire are simply using this running joke as part of the hype and marketing for their coming drops. A genius plan.
Personally, I do like the Chimney Sweeper inside joke. I know it is tiring for some folks by now and have the tendency to derail threads but it is plain old fun. And a very harmless one.

I think Saint is actually not joking, it really seems like Stark(just not flowers and puppies, seems like a comical jab to the “Stark is feminine”), you can see bluish coat with folded hands in the right.
