I was reading earlier that the most successful people have deep feelings of inadequacy and traumas.
They use that shit as jet fuel.
Like I know dudes who have been âhealingâ for like 10+ years man.
Sometimes you gotta just let go of the story you hold and just move forward.
People use healing as an excuse. They think they gotta be perfect. Nobody is perfect.

Fact is people are where they are, doing their best with whatever hand they were dealt.
Trauma is dysfunctional by nature, itâs not just a story to be let go of. Youâre right healing can be used to procrastinate, itâs a form of perfectionism. But that doesnât invalidate healing as a whole. Everyoneâs gotta do whatâs right for them.
