Not really.
But it might be wasting your time.
I always think that if a person is trying to hit a target, the better approach is to sight the target, aim, and shoot.
A much less efficient approach is to spend all day listing out the 10000 things that you will be trying to Not Hit.
‘Not-Hitting’ the fire hydrant, and the car across the street, and the house next door, and the street sign?
Nothing wrong with that, but it’d probably be better to just find the target and focus on hitting that.
A better question would be,
‘What are some brainstorming ideas for how I could bring in 20% more income by 2 to 3 months from now?’
Another:
‘What kinds of comments and feedback about myself, positive or negative, do I routinely get from other people?’
Positive or negative; those comments are going to give you insight into your uniqueness and your particular genius. Genius does not mean super-intelligence. It means ways that you think, process, and perceive that most or all other people do not.
That’s always going to point the way to areas of Value that you have to offer. And it can be anything, including, ‘ugh! you are so gross!’ haha. You’re probably not getting that, but even if you were, there would be some treasure in it.
Try asking those two questions:
‘What are some brainstorming ideas for how I could bring in 20% more income by 2 to 3 months from now?’
‘What kinds of comments and feedback about myself, positive or negative, do I routinely get from other people?’
And what you may or may not know. The asking of the question is more important than your first (or fiftieth) answer.
Just leave the questions there and keep them open.
Like a bird bath.
Leave it open.
And see what birds come to bathe in it.
