LOTs I did for around two cycles but in WB I felt a sudden shift…so idk as that could have been my brain playing tricks on me(it was after my first microloop so could it really have been that fast?)

Nope, early thirties.
No fatloss, posture is better now but when measuring, posture was the same both times.
I think height gain is definitely possible and dare I say an inch every few months could be doable up to a certain limit (for some)
A bdlm and height sub put together would be amazing.

Back from a hiatus so just thought i’d check in
Been focusing very solid on improving myself in all sectors since last time
Working out like crazy and now I am in good/solid shape. I have a ways to go but the ideal body type is coming together really good. The toji physique is the goal. I’m also thinking of MMA classes too (to deal with the jealous d-bags that have come out the woodwork at work lately smh)
Earning good money now with prospects to earn way more in the long run.
I visited America for the first time last week. A short little holiday for myself to reward my hard work. America is amazing! -LA especially
Getting my looks in order now too to go with my new physique, skin care, getting a tan and even tattoos and piercings soon as well.
Also romantic prospects have shot up, women at work have been very thirsty around me lately. Head turning and lustful looks. Theres a nice looking chinese girl there who has been the most apparent around me (locking eyes, licking her lips etc) so good things potentially await.
My stack has been all about buring away the past and breaking the chains of limits inside me and going after what I want in life

It was a short stay but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. It was beautiful since I landed, the beaches were nice and the marina was cool.
I enjoyed the food, the portions over there dwarf ours over here
