I think it was Gary Vee who said that everyone needs to visit senior living homes. If you want to see people who are almost out of time and many wishing that they had the courage to go after their dreams. I did exactly that not too long ago. I had the opportunity to go visit someone at a senior living home. It was a mini paradigm shift for me. When I walked out of there, I knew exactly what to do regarding my goals.

Interesting… through my job, I actually visit retirement homes often… and I just feel compassion for them there… I didn’t look upon it as “do it!” but I have felt similar sentiments walking by a nearby cemetery…

I am finding out that I underestimated the slow build-up of ZP. I thought I was doing fine with 5 minutes of SB and 5 minutes of NRICH. Right now I’m just feeling tired as f*ck.
Last week, I had an early morning recon experience. I woke from sleep with a deep level of anxiety and dark thoughts that came straight from my soul. It all dispelled quickly but it was intense.
I am going to cut down to 3-minute microloops because even 5 minutes is starting to feel like a lot.

Not sure about that they did say they were way more transparent with their release to make sure people would not have to rebuild their custom multiple times.
At the same time lots of people (like me) like those surprise drops and all.
