Even the makers of the movie acknowledged the falsity of the myth. Good movie though.
The reality is we use all of our brain, but just different parts at different times.
It isnât physically possible to use 100% at the same time. The body would likely shut down from conflicting instructions.

Itâs good. Itâs not great though. There isnât any real âconflictâ in the movie to drive the plot forward. Other than some baddies chasing after her.

It could also be a kind of Matrix like situation. Where the actual conflict is between the person and his/her own sense of limitation. I like the whole âlearning to come to terms with my powersâ motif.
Itâs why I usually like the origin story (e.g., Batman Begins) better than the âtriumphant climaxâ or âriding off into the sunsetâ parts. (e.g., Dark Knight).

Switched back after two cycles of SB-Primal custom to StarkOG-Primal cannot believe how much attention i am getting. Its not the blooming their is something else but i cannot explain it.
