Interesting… explains why I basically NEVER, EVER, listen to a sub for more than 8 minutes. I get “pings” when my mind is fully saturated, and usually when I look at the time, the time elapsed is almost always 2:50-258. Sometimes it goes to 2:20 but never lower than that.
Sometimes I know I want to listen to longer, and if I just get distracted and turn off the title when the “ping” comes, it’s NEVER more than 8 mins.
Are we good to start listening to a custom for 3 mins and then increase by 30s from there?

Getting so hyped by this new Limitless. It seems that it unlocks a limitless (growth?) mindset , confidence in our abilities, fast quick thinking, flow state, some competition and positive agression mindset, can do everything.
Frankly I can only choose one subliminal right now but between new Limitless, Love Bomb and Vibes. Omg. So hyped.
