Right now, I’m down to one listening day a week. Results are very interesting. Note that I have high flow factor with Khan Black. I only need 1 minute to stay feeling high energy flow on it, but I also spend a lot of time in standing meditation and now Qigong.
If you have a title that you have high flow factor on, I’d recommend trying this. Just one loop or micro loop a week and just let the experience flow. Probably works best on titles with NSE. KB does not, but again, years of traditional martial arts as well as my current spiritual focus is helping with this.

I would definitely say I have a high flow factor on Chosen. Things just seem to line up for in crazy syncronistic ways, sometimes I’m blown away from the results

I’m doing QL, Khan, and Mogul. Just seeing how QL compares to RoM as I’m mainly interested in the cognitive enhancement and productivity side of things.
So far no issues, it’s certainly fees more dense then RoM though. Just doing 5 minute loops for everything currently.
I know @friday has stacked in rhe past but I don’t believe had a 3rd title

This brings up a question I’ve been pondering for a bit. Does consistent scheduled listening yield more positive results in some individuals more than others?
I’m not really high flow factor, but I notice I am highly reactive to the subliminals I run. Usually within an hour or two I start hitting some internal feelings I have to process. Been thinking about maybe moving to once a week for all my subs, but I was worried the lack of consistency would harm growth. There just seems to be a lot to unpack in one listen for me even at 1 min. I can’t fathom how people run the full 15.

Consistent scheduled listening does indeed accelerate results in most people, however. You can always go down in regards how often you listen (don’t overexpose, it rarely if ever leads to better results — we have definitive objective data on this).
Loop length and listening volume are two variables that can be adjusted to optimize your experience as well.

I’ve always been a strict follower of the guidelines (sometimes I’ve pushed the limits of how many subs I can put in a stack)
But for me, 2 titles + 15 minutes + low sound (just enough to hear the birds faintly) seems to be the sweet spot for me. I gauge how I feel and sometimes don’t listen on a dedicated day.
EDIT: Wish I got better results with 3 titles, maybe I could do that with customs.
