Give Genesis a shot for approach approach anxiety. I was incredibly pulled to approach woman at the gym, even though I had zero intention of even wanting to do so. This with PS could be a great combo for approaching.

Thats exactly the point - when you approach to women with intention then anxiety levels up. Without intention to get phone number or make fast seduction - anxiety lowest possible.

People whose anxiety goes up with intention have not built up the capacity to ‘be with’ and even relax in tension -sexual or otherwise.
(They may even have shame, concern they are not enough, that woman will think their creepy/ bothering them, fear of rejection- or what I woman says defining their identity or masculinity. I mean if someone really believed they were incredible gift for a woman’s life, and did not care about what happened and felt extremely comfortable with tension and sexuality, and intended to approach -would they really feel anxious? Would you feel anxious offering someone $ on the street.)
Having a blast and then just talking to someone is also a great way to navigate anxiety.
What ever the case Genesis had me feel more confident with intent.
I have a lot of experience with this area in the past though so maybe that was a reference point.
