Alright.
We’re almost able to come back and focus. Just finished the massive behemoth known as “filing taxes,” then had lots of budget planning meetings. Lots of good news and new initiatives coming soon (and of course, new titles and tech). We’re also overhauling support again, this time to optimize for speed of responses and being able to answer deeper questions.
The issue before was that support staff didn’t have access to the scripts, and instead had to rely on our internal knowledge base application. When they couldn’t find the answer, they had to escalate the ticket, which went to myself and @Fire. The fact of the matter is, we’re growing so fast that we now have to stop being so controlled in regards to information.
We still haven’t given access to the scripts, but we VERY MUCH added to the internal knowledge base. In some cases, I might’ve gone overboard, but we want support to be able to answer your questions quickly and with better detail. Starting next week, they’ll have MUCH more information regarding the titles and the modules.
To those that like to write very very long questions with lots of requests for personal advice: unfortunately, they still won’t be able to answer those.
We’re also focusing on getting the affiliate program up. We should be sending out the first approvals and information soon (but talk to @AlexanderGraves for up-to-date details).
As for the new tech, we’re not ready to announce anything yet, as we’re still targeting late 2023 or early 2024 for any major releases. But, we’re getting ready to start testing things. 
Within the next few days, we’ll be updating the “Discounted ZP Rebuilds” service to include any custom ever made. This will ensure 100% compatibility with ZPv3. While ZPv3 isn’t a DRASTIC change from v2, the v1 primer may conflict with v3. All of the major store titles will work fine (as they get free upgrades), but unfortunately, we cannot offer free upgrades on customs. With the Discounted ZP Rebuilds link, however, you can upgrade your custom to the current level of tech for $50.
For now, this is a good time to buckle down and relax, get a washout in or actually dedicate time to your stack.

Diamond has been officially upgraded to v2, with both versions available (male enhancement and no male enhancement). The version with male enhancement is labeled (ME).
Official threads going up later, when I’ve finished upgrades for today. The Beast Within v2 and Unleashed v2 are next, will come later tonight.
