I wouldn’t mind a Rome 3 or Shogun 3 either … Rome 2 and Shogun 2 were probably 2 of my favorites

Never had time for Rome 2, but Shogun 2 I loved. And although FotS took some time getting into, once I had high accuracy cannons and line infantry… everything else just melted away

It has finally happened. COVID has hit the household. 
Interestingly enough, I have absolutely zero symptoms, yet the fiancée is getting mild headache and body aches. Other than that, everything is cool. But, I’ll probably take it easy for the next few days just to ensure nothing gets out of control.
So, if I’m quiet, I’m just relaxing.

The idea would be that GMX would come with the expanded version that covers gaming in general and a special version that targets the skills for a specific game.

Got to our house two weeks ago as well.
Son got it a few days before Christmas. Wife got it some days later. I didn’t get it. (We have Rapid Antigen Tests.)
But I could feel my immune system doing a lot.
Like most coronaviruses of the past few centuries, this one seems to have evolved into a highly infectious but comparatively benign version. A seasonal flu for our grandchildren to worry about.

I think the idea of tailored versions is very cool though, Like a GMX fighting game version specifically for fighting games competitively or even beatem ups in general.

I got an idea, but it will be a bit extra work, so idk how you’d feel about it, but what I’m thinking is multiple versions of GMX, based on the most popular genres of competitive games; FPS, MOBA, RTS, Fighting games, and lastly Sports.
Now that would certainly turn the GMX into a much bigger project than initially planned, however, this could hit a much bigger range for the gamers here.
Like, this might be coincidental, but I just bought Guilty Gear Strive on my ps5 cause I saw some random competition video on YouTube, and man does it look beautiful, kinda reignited my fighting games spirit, so I’d definitely like to see something for fighting games.

I raged way too much playing FPS and 3rd person shooting game back then. Sim racing games is what I personally prefer, planning on building a sim rig in the near future. 
Chess, because its most applicable to real life.
On another note there was a youtube ad for a Chess set over Christmas which was on a crowdfund site 3 years ago at that time was in development,
anyhow about the ad it showed the Chess set which can be played between a person(yourself) vs A.i
and also you can play against anyone in the world and the pieces move them self on the board for the opposition,
even better it was like $400 but for Christmas $129
So of course bought it, and after a couple of days still waiting for shipping confirmation, let the holidays pass and turns out they are in Eastern Europe - Slovakia whilst there office on the ad Google Map was showing Manhattan,
anyhow if any of you looking into it be warned, its a con.

Sounds like a cool idea. My first thought, though, was:
What about when the opposition knocks a piece of yours off the board? How would it automate THAT?
Think the ad showed like a section where those pieces moves to.

I agree kinda with invictus, in that it should focus on a genre because certain genres share same skillsets.
So first to figure out what genre is most popular among SC members.
I vote for FPS.
If I had to vote for a game I must vote for the game I am mostly playing at the moment, Escape From Tarkov.

I’m a sucker for 4X strategy games, but I’ve also had an unhealthy addiction to sports games for my entire life. Thankfully, they’ve also gotten significantly worse with time which has helped, and now the only sports game I spend (too much) time on is FIFA 23.
