Other guy #2 here as well. I also requested this earlier but I think it got buried lol
We need a fourth for a quorum.
To people who have tested ROM, can you explain what it is and what it does? Compared to the usual Limitless, Mind’s Eye? Are we still getting this ROM this week? (with the Qversion also?)
I thought ascension chamber experimental was already zp2?
Im also very curious about this
There will be a comprehensive Product Description page when RoM is released.
It will include Prose Description, Specific Objectives, and Pro-Tips.
It’s standard for all of the new program releases.
It’s okay to pose your question, but I wonder if you are looking for anything that will not already be included in that Product Description?
Personally im curious how it interacts with your brain after several cycles of mind eye , i wont be playing it till February probably gonna stick with mind eye for now but thinking of going 2 -3cycles of rom to maximize mental potential of both sublims
Y’all gotta change your name to @otherguy1 and @otherguy2 and @otherguy3
Looking forward to Regeneration in v2.
@SaintSovereign How does GMX script function since different games from poker to shooter or strategy games require different skill sets and brain regions?
It can be consciously guided, but it’s main focus is video games.
Nah I am just hyping , I guess all these questions will be answered when the product is released.
Hey @SaintSovereign
Is limitless upgraded yet? I didn’t see a zpv2 thread, could you do this one next? I’d like to purchase tonight.
Thanks
I gotta be honest. I squealed internally a lil’ bit about this. So excited.
Now then, how many subs could we stack together again? If I recall correctly then at least two dozen, right?
RIGHT?!
Seems like we’re all eager to see our favourite subs or those in our stack receive the ZP V2 upgrade.
I’m surprised that Ascension has not been done since it is a foundational sub?
This is part of my current listening routine, hint…
And this new RoM sub sounds amazing!
I’ll be pressing the trigger on that as soon as it’s released
Putting final touches on production version of RoM. Possibly good for release tomorrow.
Is this akin to Limitless titles or is this more for philosophy and self actualization?
It can be used for both. Even though it’s a “spiritual title,” it’s remarkably cerebral feeling. It balances RoS out quite nicely. I’ll say this: I feel like my cognitive abilities skyrocketed. Keep in mind that I’ve spent A LOT of time using cognitive enhancement titles in the past, so most of the underlying fears regarding that topic have cleared.
Also, RoM pairs nicely with so many things. Obviously, it works best with RoS. However, pairing it with Sage Immortal brings next level focus on research and discovery. Alchemist is pretty dense and mixing the two together led to some days when I felt drained, but the experience of it was phenomenal. RoM + RoS + Sage was my favorite test, though it can be intense.
Generally speaking, my first indication that a cognitive enhancement title is working is via performance in a video game. I tend to gravitate to cognitively demanding titles – 4x strategy, turn-based tactics, even some complex tower defense. These types of games (I believe) strongly improves your fluid intelligence (ability to think through complex problems). For example, IQ training software usually has you working with patterns, or holding numerical digits in your mind at an increasing value, etc. I don’t see how a round of StarCraft is less useful (considering all the data and decisions you have to deal with) than that.
That being said, the first night I ran RoM, I was in one of my “mindless gaming” moods and was playing Chivalry II. The game has a bit too much gore and killing for me, but I like the intensity of the 3v3 duel modes.
When the duel started, my teammates dropped for whatever reason and it was me against the 3 other players. If you’ve ever played Chivalry, you know it has a unique control scheme for the combat. It “feels” like real combat. No random clicking and jumping around. Requires dexterity and strategy.
Somehow, while talking to the fiancee and not really paying attention, I went into a sort of trance state and literally beat the hell out of all three, taking minor damage. I didn’t even realize what I had done at first. Then, I was just like “wtf was that?”
That night, I was on fire all night. Any game I played, I just “intuitively” knew what to do. Same with the game design efforts the following day. Things that were giving me issues were no longer issues. That cognitive enhancement has remained. It’s not as intense as it was when I was running it, but I’m definitely eager to do another run.
