They are kinda the same thing. very closely related. so is day dreaming. I trust if you practice, you’ll develop your minds eye. When you go to bed tonight, as you fall asleep, try and notice the images you see as you are relaxing your mind and body. that is the same state of mind as visualizing in meditation.
also try out stereograph images. they really flex the same part of the brain as visualization.

I didn’t see this before, but damn, describes that one thing I do at the gym to make myself feel unworthy and generate anger for extra strength haha
Visualizing negative moments of your life without being affected by them over the long term is amazing, especially if you have modules in a custom to help mitigate any side effects (or you use EmpB).

What do you mean “try out stereo graph images” and… separate question… what do you mean “they work the same part of the brain as visualization?”
I concur, using negative energy as fuel has helped me do a lot of crazy things.

If you look at that image the same way you would the stereo images like the sailboat picture in Mallrats, it’s 3D.
Basically just cross your eyes and get the 2 images to overlap into one. It makes it 3D

Also a hack with Mindeye , i used to listen to it while putting the new LOTR series on . It might not be good but the visuals are amazing especially with this sublim so you copy paste the structures and everything into your mind and picture yourself within the scenery.

Yes the same thing that @Trader said.
they work the same way as visualization because the 3d image that you see when you cross your eyes isn’t real. Your mind creates it and makes it real to you. Just like visualization. I bet if you did 10 minutes of stereographic images for one week you would see a big improvement in your visualization.
there’s a flower of life video called Estereograms. it had a lot more information on this.

I know Ultimate Artist isn’t much of a top seller. But any chance this one can be updated soon? The update to ZP hits real different and I’d love to see how much of a difference it makes in this sub. It’s one of my favorites.

I’ll be honest, I don’t see anything in that image 
The most I can make out is a rectangle in the middle
where the 2 dots meet, you’ll see a line going up and forming a “T”
then if you keep that focus, you’ll see it spells T H E.
then look above and below to see the rest 
We would’ve heard if there were. Plus the US just had a major holiday yesterday.
