Kenya told me of this practice of using water to clear the nasal passages a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been using it on and off since.
It’s very beneficial; I haven’t consistently utilized the technique that I have been given - so far - but I see immediate benefits in:
• Breathing clarity: I’m a current, to-be former smoker. I see nasal/sinus benefits immediately.
• Mental clarity: It clears up my mind quite well. It brings a sense of calmness.
And other things.
I’ll likely be keeping track of the frequency of practice here.

Only yesterday I talked to @CurlyGirl about my blocked sinuses and that it was better when I stopped smoking for a month last year.
And now you share a technique to solve this.

I also have a neti pot and I usually do this when I have a cold. But I’d never thought about using it for this case.
