Have you tried a Navage?
If you do, I would encourage you to search out “Navage hacks” or the $$$ for those saline pods might be 
I mix my own normal saline (0.9% saline solutions). I put in 1 teaspoon of Real Salt (it’s mined) in 1 pint of water.
To get results, the first week I used it five times in the morning and five times in the evening.
There are these silicone piece sold on amazon to hack the Navage, but I would NOT recommend them. So much pressure was put on the hinge that it cracked.

In Germany these neti pots are called nasal showers. I got a cheap but nice one from Aldi some ten years ago. In fall Aldi usually has these little salt packs for cheap. Just add one to the filled pot and you’re good.
If I’ve run out of those, I usually just take a pinch of red salt.
Either way it’s rather cheap.
Five times sounds a lot.
My pot has 300ml. That usually is enough for three rounds through each nostril.
I do it only once a day when I shower (and don’t forget about it, like yesterday). But still, it’s already better nevertheless.

This ankle injury has been bothering me over the past few days.
I think that starting EF ST1 has caused the parts that didn’t properly heal with physical therapy to begin to holistically be worked on, 'cuz as of this morning, it’s feeling better than it has in awhile.

Stack changes incoming. Working on a custom, just ironing out details.
A new addition to the Sagittarium line of customs.
There may be edits to what I consider the final draft of my new custom, but so far it feels right.
I’m going to let myself wait until I wake up, when I get to sleep after this graveyard shift; there’s heavy decisions that I’m going through regarding my children - I doubt I’ll ever post it here, some things just need to remain private - and I want to ensure I have a clear mind with the direction this custom will be helping me to go in.
The name that I’ve chosen is Sagittarium - Legacius
The first part I came up with years ago, with one of my earlier customs.
The second is likewise a word that came to me.
