My Journey to Olympus

Day 2 with my RM Solace testing and I feel lighter. Could be initial bloom from the sub, but it is what it is, I feel lighter, and like everything will be okay. I’m listening to music as I type this and I’m noticing some details that makes me appreciate the song even more.

I’m not as jovial like when I’m running Stark initially, but I have this calm smile on my face. My interactions so far are good, and I felt very little negativity or irritation. It’s like I’m having one of those perfect days. My wish is this is just the start, and whatever good this is now is just a fraction of the better things to come.

Early days, but promising that the sub is compatible with me and my aspirations.

Another interesting observation I had to note in my journal.

When Saint asked about the animal sounds, I was one of the few that was surprised it had that in the first place.

2 days into RM and I’m now noticing those animal sounds. At first I thought I’m hearing something from maybe outside the window, or a television somewhere and then I realize it’s coming from my earphones!

RM strikes again. All these months and I never realized there’s animal sounds here. I’m also running it at a very low volume, as usual.

I just cannot wait till I start running that little kitten (RM)…

I’m glad you find it suitable. What I love best about RM is the Empath module in it that helps me cope with my mental states and emotions a lot. Reading people slightly better is only a sweet addition since I have that skill very well developed. On top of that, that freedom in expressing yourself is just great. I’m strongly tempted by that title but there’s some fundamental work that must be done and nothing better for that than Emperor. Oh well.

Is that the only title you’re running right now?

Still running Khan and Wanted, my friend.

Hmm I hope RM doesn’t increase my empathy too much…

My aim is to be more creative, expressive, and enjoy life a little bit more.

I became too serious, jaded and sometimes pessimistic in thinking. This isn’t me at all, and not who I wished to be. Life is too short for crap like that.

Mate I know you’re doing your own test, here’s my tests right now so we could compare notes.

My routine this week: All Qv2.

Summary

2 loops each of Wanted solace and Khan

“maybe” increase to 3 loops next week while being mindful of recon.

If all goes well, I’ll compare my results and see what’s the sweet spot for me.

Hopefully 2 is enough for steady growth with obvious and remarkable results. Maybe even one.

My future plan for RM is different seeing as this one is lighter.

One loop, 3 days a week, to alternate with Spartan, one loop 2 days a week. MWF - TTH

Still 5 days on subs, 2 days off.

Nothing concrete yet, just possible stack configurations before I make my custom.

I’ll observe myself in regards with my enthusiasm to work out and results from RM.

How do you guys do that summary thing with the arrow…?

Quite a lot of loops per week in total, I’m curious how it’ll go. Me, I don’t want to go beyond six per week (three of Q and three of U).

If it didn’t work well for you, you could do a one-two weeks washout and then start it easily like @pacman suggested:

Yeah don’t. Listen to your body and intuition, and we’re not running the same subs, there’s too many variables.

I’m mentally preparing myself for any signs of recon during this phase, and I’m always ready to scale it down.

Decreasing my loops is actually what I want to happen. The less loops while seeing increasing results, the better.

Thanks for the link. Pac’s experiment looks promising, that’s very helpful.

So it’s just there…

Thanks brother I didn’t know that. It’s hard on the phone, I’ll try on my computer later today.

Btw, you thought me something new again! Hahaha!

Another thing to be vigilant about is stonewalling which is really tricky on the new tech but in general it manifests as the lack of energy and enthusiasm and you feel zoned out. Many people here, on the forum, are stonewalling without realizing that.

I see, I’ll watch out for that. My mood is pretty good, it should be easy for me to see sudden changes.

I’m giving myself around 2 weeks to experiment before I settle on a 3 major stack and an ultima. (Depends, if I get depressed I’ll stop)

My roadmap is to run this stack for a few months and then combine it into a custom. After that, I’ll run it alongside either Alchemist or EoG up to ST4, and then craft another custom from that. What do you think?

I began with one loop of Wanted around 2 weeks ago. I saw results, I feel fitter and my face seems to look better and relations are good. My shoulders seems broader too and I’m not even working out that much.

With Khan, I’m not so sure how best to proceed. My impression is that the script is huge in comparison with Wanted and RM, that’s what’s making me wonder if it would still be optimal to run it equally with two lighter ones.

Khan is the last sub I’ll scale down out of the three.

I think you overload your mind and that may be the cause of your recent mood swings and “depression”. I would suggest doing a washout (1-2 weeks) and starting slowly with only two Q programs and one Ultima running no more than six loops (3xQ and 3xU) a week in total.

Taking into account your needs and goals I would say WANTED + RM + RICH would be your best bet. I wish I could run that trinity now but I need to get some work done on the basic level and Emperor is my only way.

You have it all in that trinity: sex appeal, social aptitude, physical shifting, congruence, self love and self acceptance (WANTED), mastering your inner states, self-expression, creativity and crafts development (RM) and finance (RICH).

Later on you could build two customs; one based on WANTED and RM and the other on RICH (as the only core). Both would be pretty heavy but at some point you could add in EoG or Alchemist depending on your goals and current development.

Not sure. I think it was the tail end of DR. I really went heavy on that one and I went out with a bang so to speak.

We have an almost the same reasoning for running EQ. That’s how I see Khan, it’s more for me to transform me into the best I could be, as a man. To catch up with lessons I should have learned from a long time ago and to assist me with my goals in this lifetime.

It’s not really just for relationships, which is a great bonus, mind you, but I want that Khan mindset and courage.

That said, EQ is great too. I could have stayed with EQ if not for my curiosity to try Khan. I’m happy with both. I’d combine them if it didn’t feel harsh for me.

Alchemist was suggested to me by someone I respect, and reading up on it, it made perfect sense. If I didn’t start DR 6 months ago, I’d have started Alchemist sooner if only I had the wisdom to appreciate it at the time.

As always you give me something to think about. Thanks my friend

In that case you could go with my stack; Alchemist + Emperor + Rebirth first and then switch to the trinity I mentioned. I use Alchemist to brush away all the negativity and become immune to it, apart from that it helps me “grow up” and it balances my energy level very well (I’m not too tired nor too roused). Emperor gives me a great push to get the shit done and step by step it destroys my limitations. Rebirth helps me reframe my past and forge my new identity (Alchemist helps here too). Of course, Emperor could be replaced with Khan. I was thinking about Khan instead of Emperor but I concluded I needed more basic improvements related to dissolving my limits, especially false and negative beliefs on my life aptitude and limits related to money and getting rich. Later on, I’ll be stacking Emperor with QL and Limit Destroyer to deal with as many limits as possible and to unleash my productivity and potential and only then I shall focus on other things like finances, me being an empath, social skills etc.

If you end up creating a custom with Khan ST4 + WANTED + Renaissance Man, the Cores would be the same as my custom. That would be cool  .

Must admit that the custom doesn’t exactly feel the same as a playlist containing Khan ST4, RM and W but I think it needs time to process. That’s what I think at least.

What’s it feel like so far in comparison to that stack?

In my experience customs take 2-4 weeks before they remotely resemble the stack without recon

I feel the non-core modules more now than the cores. For example, I can feel habit building through Eye of the Storm, NoPMO through Stop Porn and Masturbation, etc.

I don’t feel Khan Complete, RM or WANTED yet.

So this must be why I don’t feel the cores yet.

Ahh understood, thanks for the explanation.

Yes I’m sure they’ll kick in soon.

I feel the cores definitely sooner than 2-4 weeks but -a mean to go through recon, and get a real feel for the sub.

That’s good to know. I suppose it takes time because the Cores are dense and I have 3 Cores too.

Fortunately, I plan to run this for a very long time. Especially since it is my dream custom.

The problem with my previous customs was that I always wished I added something else. In this case, I have (mostly) what I want and need.

That’s awesome man!! It seems like a great custom

what’s missing?
