It is better to go for another cycle (or two if you can commit). But I will say this much that decide on it while you’re on 4th/5th day of washout. So you’re really sure tha it is not recon making you do things.

Makes sense, i should probably wait for the last days of washout and maybe meditate a little before deciding anything. I don’t think i will go for a fourth cycle tho i can definitelly commit to it, i don’t like changing my stack most i do is just add sth beside it. I plan to run QL ST4 indefinitely when i get to it, which already has every stage so why do you think its a good idea to go for another two cycles tho? Since st4 has everything?

There’s a testimonial for QL St 4 on the sales page. Fascinating reading. I was asked about running QL yesterday. It would be fun to be able to grasp things way faster. It would make learning new coding languages so much easier.

Yeah i read that as well! It looks dope but i don’t think i can handle just running st4, i can’t wait to get to that stage tho!

Third Cycle First Listening Day

During the washout i realized i don’t have headaches when i don’t listen to the subliminal so i’m definitely getting overexposure during the listening days. However today i’m starting with a 7 minute listening time since i havent been listening to it for 5 days. I might just do 3 minute listening sessions and if i get headache i will reduce it to 1 minute.

By do anything if you mean discounts then no it doesn’t. But it shows that your trust level on the forum has increased and will be taken seriously.

I get you lol. When I had gotten that badge I had a similar reaction.
For secret forum access you have to buy one of the subs tagged as “Subclub Black” and then request access in support ticket with your order number

Second and Third Listening Days

I listened two days ago and listened just 15 minutes ago, both 3 minute loops. This cycle is more for it to get a guarantee, next cycle I’m switching to st2. For now it’s like I need to force myself to watch those Instagram reels or YouTube shorts which was the biggest time consumers and frankly most negative subconscious effects i had since I was scrolling endlessly in a near trance like state, not checking what’s entering my brain. I didn’t cut it out completely, i just don’t do that as much.

Update

I’m not sure if it’s the subliminal but my quality of sleep is so bad lately, i wake up in the middle of the night, never seemed to be rested enough in the morning. Honestly it could be because of the rising temperatures, but i felt like it’s worthy of report.

What time do you listen to the sub? I had similar issues with energy intense subs (QL, Alchemist), but moved my playing time from right before bed to mid-afternoon, and that solved my sleep issue

Changes, but i do listen before bed quite often. I will try listening mid afternoon as well, thank you!

If you’re looking for chess improvement as a way to leverage and take action on the intelligence scripting, plus see results, I have a couple recommendations.

Openings are extremely helpful so you have a game plan every time you play.

I’d recommend going to chessable and getting Alex Banzea’s london course - it’ll expose you to chess opening theory, and it goes from extremely beginner to very advanced, perfect for you at your rating, perfect for me at 1200 blitz on chess . com, perfect for IM’s and maybe even GM’s. So definitely check that out as your opening repetoire. Also a very efficient resource, very small amount of lines, it’s 300-ish variations total, you only need to study about 50-100 of those, maximum.

obviously studying tactics is huge, so that’s the second thing… best thing to do is play puzzle rush on chess . com, survival mode not timed mode, over and over and over again, to get the main tactics ingrained into muscle memory, before going and solving more advanced ones. If you know how to find checkmate and the rest of your tactics will lead you to it! Most tactics are of the sort that you threaten checkmate, which forces them to defend a specific way, and that defense is vulnerable to a tactic like a fork.

And third thing I’d say is if you want to watch chess stuff, watch the “daniel naroditsky speedrun” and focus on the lower ELO videos (below 1600) that he posts, and watch the games on YouTube to get a feel for how he plays! He REALLY does a good job of breaking down concepts.

If you have a quick 5-10 mins for “just a few games” of bullet… try “just a few rounds of puzzle rush” instead! and then after you’ve warmed up your puzzle muscle a bit, THEN play bullet games if you have time.

You should probably be playing longer games but I think you know that and I won’t say not to play bullet if you enjoy it!

Thank you for your reccommendations @Jouissance i really appreciate it! I don’t think i can do the chessable course but i do watch Lectures with GM Yasser Seirawan, as i really like how he explains stuff. I will try to play more puzzles than bullet to see how it will improve my game. And just saw a few videos from daniel naroditsky speedrun and thank you for that i will definitely watch that. I know bullets are not really way to improve, just switched to more blitz games recently. But i only play a few games a day so i’m not really improving tbh. I willl take your reccomendations into consideration, thanks again!

Sleep hygiene is super important. I set my AC temp to 67 degrees, red light hue lights, and try to sleep at the same time every night.

What times are you sleeping at night? What temp is your room? Do you have blue light sources (phone/pc)? When do you eat before bed? When and how much caffiene do you intake per day?

My sleep quality is better lately, I do try to sleep at the same time everyday, unfortunately i don’t have AC so i can’t set the temp. I do watch youtube videos before sleep so even though its on sleep mode(yellow screen) it still effects my sleep but its hard to sleep without watching it. I stop taking caffiene like hours before sleep so i’m good on that end.

Sounds good. I suggest try experimenting with what works. Sleep is the magic sauce to these subs. They work far better with a good night rest.
