Take a few days off from subs. If you switch too early while the subs are still running in your head you have more than 3 “active titles” running in your head which Leads in my experience too loss of motivation.
I guess with rotating one sub it should be 12 days in between if you run 3 titles, if you run 2 titles you can easier change and not have too many titles causing overload.
