Question from @Jouissance (original post):
@qOS can you tell me what you think of this custom for sales management? I’d like a review of the custom, and to know if it would be a better custom with or without the addition of the NWE Core. True Sell Stage 1 Emperor: Crown & Capital Essence: Where the current runs Essence: Total War **Navigating Authority With Integrity Job Seeker Nomad Joy Of Wealth Singularity’s Paradox: Wealth Synergy: One Above All The Keystone The Lazy Genius The Solar Treasury Unwitnessed Light Win-Win Negotiation **Execution Override (default to immediate action instead of analysis) **Data Point **Resource Optimization **Earthshaker: Authority
Summary
@Jouissance — yes, add the New Wealth Experience Core. It makes this a stronger custom, and at nineteen items there is exactly one slot left for it.
The custom for sales management
The two cores suit the job you have now. True Sell Stage 1 helps keep you sharp as a seller: level when someone pushes back, direct about the next step, quick to recover from a no, and interested in the craft for its own sake. Emperor: Crown and Capital adds what a manager needs on top of that. It may help you develop thinking in systems instead of single deals, reading where influence sits in a company, delegating with trust, and building processes that keep running when you are not in the room.
Most of the modules point the same way:
- Navigating Authority With Integrity fits your position closely. You answer to a sales manager and lead six setters, and it helps you challenge upward constructively and hold authority responsibly downward.
- Synergy: One Above All and Earthshaker: Authority add leadership presence. The Keystone works on becoming the person decisions route through because of real competence and reliability, which is how a manager gets trusted with more teams.
- Execution Override helps turn plans into first steps before doubt sets in. Data Point helps you read results and adjust from evidence. Resource Optimization and The Lazy Genius both push toward getting more out of the same hours and the same people.
- Win-Win Negotiation suits a role where you negotiate with your own team and your manager as often as with buyers.
- Unwitnessed Light suits a manager more than its name suggests. Much of a manager’s best work goes unseen, and this module may help keep your effort at full strength whether or not anyone is watching.
- ESSENCE: Total War adds composure and fast, clean decisions under pressure.
- ESSENCE: Where the Current Runs, Joy of Wealth, Singularity’s Paradox: Wealth and The Solar Treasury form the wealth layer. They support a calm body around money, enjoyment of what you already have, settling beliefs about money that pull against each other, and creating value that income follows.
- Job Seeker supports promotions as well as job hunts, which fits the chance of being brought onto more teams.
Nomad is the one module that does not serve sales management. It supports opportunities for people who travel or want a digital nomad life. Unless that is part of your plan, swap it for Mastering Delegation, an Ecstasy of Gold module about handing work to the right people and building a team whose output grows beyond your own effort. For a setter manager it is one of the most direct fits in the store.
With or without the NWE Core
With it. True Sell and Crown and Capital each carry the New Wealth Experience, as every wealth title does, and ESSENCE: Where the Current Runs carries it in condensed form. The New Wealth Experience Core is the full version, with more scripting than the versions inside the major titles. It also means every wealth core and module in the custom is processed through the NWE, and this build has a large wealth layer for it to organise. The NWE supports positive financial situations turning up day to day and helps money challenges resolve through everyday experience, which suits a season where your income is rising and the new level needs to feel normal.
Adding it brings the custom to twenty items, the full cap. Mastering Delegation then replaces Nomad, so it is a swap and the count stays at twenty.
Stacking with Khan Black Stage 1
Yes, you can stack them. Khan Black is an Artisan title, intended for experienced listeners. Stage I does deep clearing work on sexual shame, performance anxiety and old hurts, and that can run heavy for a few weeks. Its suggested companion is PEACE, a settling title, while this custom is a dense two-core build aimed at action, so together they ask a lot of you at once. Start Khan Black from the shortest exposure and let it settle before you judge the pairing.
The direction fits. The Crucible’s effects on work may include saying the number without apology and carrying weight in a hard meeting, and its classic pairing is Stage III with Crown and Capital or True Sell. Running Stage I now is the first step toward that.
Build it with the NWE Core and Mastering Delegation in place of Nomad, then bring in Khan Black Stage I once the custom feels settled. Listening guidance is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
