I need more focus so I’m going to be off the forum for a while. Pinky promise to update with insane results lol. I might’ve discovered something insane regarding conscious guidance…
Most of us here, myself included, initially want more money, sex, and power, of some sort.
One could do that through Emperor, Genesis, Khan or any number of Major Programs available.
I think that this combo hits all those areas from different angles filtered through the different paradigms of each program.
In a few months, after name embedded majors drop, I’ll likely do this stack with the addition of LOTS for physical transformation.
Ah, I see. Well, yes. Though, for complete happiness, I’d actually do a few big customs to hit every big. But making 3 customs with 3 cores each and a lot of modules is counterproductive so I’m not even thinking about customs right now. It’s probably more productive to do seasons of focus (a year of wealth, a year of health, etc. - maybe more than a year, maybe less, I’m just giving an example) than having a lot of big customs which will always keep you in overload.
I always wanted to have physical shifting in my subs but it seems very counter productive with my current goals and values. More money and power would improve my life much more than a great body and getting a great body without subliminals is also arguably easier than getting wealthy. As for the facial feature and overall looks, Stark has taken care of my self esteem already. I’ll definitely run a shifting sub later just to push my looks to the absolute possible best but it’s for the future, not for the present. Also I was using Paragon Sleep as a 4th sub as I mentioned in previous posts but found out that @Fire didn’t recommend it so I took it out again.
As for the experience of running this stack, it’s been very transformative. I don’t know what took it to a new level: adding EOG ST1, increasing exposure to 15 min loops or just finally having some deep subconscious structure moved by almost a year on HOM and Starks but in the last few days it felt like I had more growth than in the last few months. I’m also currently dealing with the phenomenon that people around me (who never even heard of subs) are getting the results that I want lol. But I read that it’s normal and will pass so I’m not worried
But at the same time, I can’t drop the feeling that I haven’t even scratched the surface. I believe this is the effect of HOM’s long term thinking and planning. When I was just starting out, it seemed to me that 1 year is a very long time to stick to a sub but after having it run for 1 year, I’m thinking that 3 is the bare minimum lol. And potentially even 5-10+ years for total greatness. Really, now I’m thinking that 3-5 years is such a short period of time - I’ll just be finished with uni by that time, isn’t that basically just a start of normal adult life? Everyone wants overnight success without realizing that it also consists of years of work prior to that.
With each day I’m getting more results and clearly moving towards my goals and also the confidence in me grows day by day, there’s no reason to change stack. Shiny object syndrome is still something that I’m dealing with but I’m pretty sure it’s just recon. Also it doesn’t take much effort to deal with it. I often think that maybe I should build my foundation first or maybe I should run an easier sub like Ascension or I need to have UPX to help with coding or EWTP because I like 48 LoP and want to learn to use them or this or that - doesn’t matter - objectively this stack is congruent with my goals and NSE will take care of all the foundations I need. Right now I’m trying to learn to live my life as if I never discovered subliminals while actually running subliminals lol
As I mentioned, I’m going to leave the forum and other distractions for some time (just for 1-2 months) in order to test some things and truly set up and integrate full growth conducive environment and routines.
If you start a journal with this stack, make sure to @ me!
There’s so much to respond to but I don’t want to hijack your journal. I understand your hesitancy to add physical shifting when wealth is your goal, but I stand that I can have it all, and you can too. Whatever that looks like for you.
I have a custom that includes Stark and Emperor Fitness IV with a bunch of other modules. It hits most of my focus areas and I’m just cycling it back into the mix.
I find that I take breaks from the forum whenever I get two to three cycles deep into a program. It’s good to get away and just let your mind process without other people’s experiences influencing your own. If you come back, it’ll be like you never left.
Please feel free to! I’m always glad to get feedback
It’s interesting. I was away from the forum but had a strong urge to visit it today and stumbled upon some very useful messages from @Sub.Zero

Wouldn’t be coming back to journaling online this early if not for @Sub.Zero experiment
I currently stopped using HOM because I take 0 action with it due to life circumstances. Instead I started using LotS - I take a lot of action on it almost daily.
For now, I’ll be using SB and LotS whenever I feel like using it (intuitively), while using EoG ST1 daily with 1-2 loops
Now, for the results I’ve had while away from the forum:
EoG seems to have pushed me a lot towards health first and it makes sense. How am I supposed to get rich if I’m constantly having low energy? Also I guess it reduced my stress regarding money and now I’m able to focus on the health as well.
- Quit PMO effortlessly and completely
- Started working out 3x/week, consistently
- Normalized my sleep, started taping my mouth (helped a lot)
- Memorized 48 Laws of Power
- Started using Red Light Therapy consistently
- Resparkled my interest towards my current work which led me to updating portfolio. It will increase my earnings tremendously
- Had a lot of breakthrough regarding my personal relationships
- Had some breakthroughs regarding some personal stuff. Some of them have an extremely big potential, I’m not gonna say anything for now
- my energy levels have risen A LOT ever since all of these.
Just mind that EoG1 is a healing sub and that can cause more recon, on top of that, your results may be not so obvious. Take it easy, mate. Start slowly. For further inquires.
Yeah but it’s my last cycle of ST1 so I want to get as much of it in my subconscious to process
I don’t mind recon right now since my life circumstances allow me to relax for now. So we’ll see what results this experiment will produce
Also just a note for everyone who reads this journal - we are not following the official guidelines. It may lead to diminished results so don’t try to repeat it unless you are an advanced user and know what you are doing, while also taking full responsibility for experimentation
Let’s see how it goes then.
Did 3 min of SB, 2 full loops of EoG ST1
So far, not feeling much, except for the ZP perceptual shift. Going to work on portfolio right now because don’t have any clients currently.
I’m aiming to basically always be working (with enjoyment!) either on real jobs for clients or on portfolio. There’s no point to stagnate and not do anything
Meanwhile, also some results from LotS (just from 1 full loop the day before yesterday):
- Hitting PRs in the gym
- More energy after exercise
- less hunger, yet more appetite for protein. Like, I think I might’ve been undereating protein but now it’s definitely not a problem
- More gym motivation
- Better technique control and mind-muscle connection
- Got better grasp on Evolving Rep Ranges
I’m going to be using LotS instead of HOM pretty much all the way until some legal things in my country normalize which can take 6+ months. Gotta get ripped and jacked in the meanwhile lol
did 3rd loop of EoG
So, overall, I did 4 loops of EoG ST1 yesterday
Today I did 2 and yes, it seems like the approach works. I need more observation though but after 2 loops, I’m extremely motivated and enerized, feeling utter disgust at useless activities and gaining enjoyment from working and progressing
It seems that the stubborn subconscious structure in my case was that I wasn’t able to associate work with joy and pleasure. I guess it’s from the overall work-rest brainwashing. But now it seems to be reconciling with and I’m gaining more interest in work and progressing rather than thinking about work like it’s a chore
@Sub.Zero do you want me to ping you whenever I post about the results of the experiment?
Well, after starting this battering ram approach, I noticed recon from… Stark Black lol
To be more precise, I have the desire to switch it to Emperor
Anyway, I did 1 7 min loop of LotS today and gonna do a few loops of EoG ST1
I’m not feeling any recon from EoG but a lot from SB, even though I didn’t have it prior to the bettering ram approach
Also, I started noticing some overload symptoms yesterday
Experienced the perceptual shift 3 mins into the loop of EoG ST1
