I think, obviously, there could be a number of great models for this, but one would certainly be Ernest Shackleton.
I was thinking about Shackleton this morning as a model for resiliency, a sort of Survival Alpha, an Alpha of resiliency, resoluteness and relentlessness.
This was a man driven by principle rather than profit.
