Very sound policies IMO. There are very few places anymore where you can change your mind after a couple of hours after placing an order. So this is very reasonable.
As far as name embedding, I really love this idea also but I purchased Genesis Mogul yesterday and it was available to download immediately after placing the order so I’m quite certain my name wasn’t embedded.
I ordered Dragon Reborn and Limitless Executive a couple of days before that and that order took about an hour before I was able to download, but that was also my first order.
The stuff from the main website isn’t name embedded. Name-embedded ones are through the custom website.
