This is going to be a long one.
Please read it completely.
Let’s start.
In our policies for Q it is stated that once the order has been made, there can be no changes - in reality, while this policy was and is still in place, we have been extremely accommodating to everyone who wanted a change once the order has been made.
However, this has now resulted in nearly every other Q order having an accompanying support ticket, where the customer changes his mind 3-4 times in a span of a couple of days, or a “mistake”, or something else that they want changed.
This then leads to mass dissatisfaction from the customer’s side, as it takes time to track down the order, manually re-do the settings, re-add the modules, re-do the custom, etc., slowing down both custom processing time and support answering time massively for everyone involved.
The support team has even received abuse in tickets from disgruntled customers for something that was done out of good will.
So, going forward, ANY changes after the order has been made are FINAL.
This means that if you send in a support ticket with anything similar of the sorts, the ticket will automatically be closed/cancelled:
- “I made a mistake and want X module”.
- “Can you replace X module with Y module”.
- “I want to get it in Solace instead of classic”.
- “I’m not sure about it, can I cancel the order and get a refund or exchange”.
- “I ordered X module, can you add it to the build”.
- "I ordered just modules, when is my custom arriving?
In other words, customers who only licensed modules and didn’t take the time to read the 3 minute quick start guide, or are trying to get a cheap custom by circumventing the build order (which is ridiculous, you need the settings). Previously we just went against our policy and refunded, even when the customer would get abusive in the support ticket. Not anymore.
- etc.
To summarize…
Once the order has been made, that’s it.
Final.
No changes.
Measure twice, order once.
While this is done to optimize Q and support processing times, this is also in preparation for full automation, as the final hurdles are nearly finished and we are entering the stress test phase.
After that, we are going straight for major name embeds.
It is likely we will see a slight price increase in price to cover the cost of the buildout (as we need to build out the subliminal for each person that orders, versus making one subliminal for everyone as is now).
We are also aiming to continue the free updates for life, so we will need to do some really careful calculations to ensure smooth operation continues (as each build out costs us directly). If that is not possible, the price for a re-build will be minimal - to cover the cost of the re-build. But I’d like to continue with the free updates, as both @SaintSovereign and myself are very proud of that fact. Will be discussed further on when automation is finished.
There are a couple reasons why name embedding is going to be a complete game changer for everyone involved.
First is obvious - name embedding is incredibly effective. Simply adding name embedding massively modifies how the subconscious processes the subliminal; it makes the whole process smoother, more natural with less reconciliation and greater effects. Win-win on all fronts.
Second has to deal with the company side of things. Years ago we have completely taken out any sort of anti-piracy scripting (the first to ever do so), for multiple reasons such as optimizing the build (why hit a paying customer with anti-piracy scripting?), allowing pirates to benefit without worry (if you need to pirate a 35 dollar title that can change your life - you need it), more reviews and data for us, etc.
However, things have gotten ridiculous where now people are trying to group buy the titles, exchange it with others for other producer’s titles, etc.
Having name embedding cuts that at the root. Why you may ask?
Because anyone who runs a title name embedded for anyone else is doing a massive disservice to themselves. Before the pirates scoff and start “Fire is just trying to scare us into not pirating, our minds can handle it!”, go ahead.
Be my guest - pirate a name embedded title.
You’ll get subpar (if any) results.
That’s all on you.
Third, this will eliminate the alternate account issue with suspended individuals. The most stubborn of individuals who refuse to accept the consequences of their actions continue creating alt accounts to make orders. With major name embedding, there will be one full name per one account. If we catch two accounts with the same full name, you’re not getting through.
This also applies to people putting weird names in. If you name your account Bob The Ultra Wealthy Gambler, you’re not getting through. Full, real names only.
Ultimately, we are transforming our titles into the next level of excellence. Our titles from this moment on will be for the professionals, for the entrepreneurs, for the visionaries and leaders. If you don’t have the very basics of your life together, you need to focus on that first.
Only serious and stable individuals from now on, who are actually working towards something greater. This in turn will allow us to create even more incredible titles like AE…
@SaintSovereign slaps hand
Khm.
Anyway.
What does this mean for most of you?
Really just dope things coming - more consistent express orders, faster support times, major name embeds and other goodies that we have in store. For those who don’t want to play by the rules, sorry, it’s time to straighten out.
