I would recommend doing it for a longer duration then. And to not aim for celibacy. It isn’t a natural thing.

I do understand since I have this issue. But it has reduced significantly due to the subliminals here especially Khan Black ST1.
I ran the first loop of Khan Black ST1 and it stopped my PMO (although I still like having actual sex).
If running Khan Black ST1 isn’t working for you, run it for longer and give youreelf goals to work on.
PMO is a habit. And like all habits, it will be hard to leave it at first but it gets easier the less you PMO.
You can start with only masturbation without porn. That will get rid of the porn. After a while, even the masturbation habit will go aside from the rare times you have to release if you have had no sex for a long time. But that should be done without porn.
And that is another reason why we guys PMO. We aren’t having sex. Is it any surprise that we have issues like this?
Please focus on career/business, social life and casual dating using a condom. You will be too busy to worry about PMO when doing this.

I have run Khan Black St1 for 4 months and St2 for two months now and only had one relapse in December. No porn, no wet dreams. I did 67 days without pmo, had a relapse and now am at 95 days of Semen Retention and celibacy. I certainly do not plan on being celibate for the rest of my life, but while I am working and focusing on building the life I want, the body I want and the person I want to be it is excellent to not be distracted by women or sex until the time is right. That will happen when I chose it to happen. To be the master of my life and a high value man. The sexual energy built up by SR and dedication to self- mastery is amazing and not difficult now.
I would say that semen retention IS natural and was a way of life before WW2. It creates stronger, more masculine men. The benefits for semen retention is incalculable. Choosing permanent celibacy because you don’t want to be governed by your lust is a reaction and an unwise one. If you want permanent celibacy do it for the right reasons, not because you are running from your natural sexual urges.

Ok so this one nobody might have thought or maybe they had.
A sub to communicate with animals, pet care. Able to understand them, identify their species. Like a complete sub for animal care, communication and extensive knowledge about them.
