Would adding the title with new anti recon as a core to a custom have the whole effect on the custom with the other cores? What about stacks?

I’m tired and don’t wanna go to sleep yet (plus I’m Intermittent Fasting tonight and into tomorrow, so loading up on coffee before bed to spike glucose so I can flush it with copious amounts of agua). So I’m probably wrong

Was planning on using the anti-recon module with name embedded Khan. Haven’t run all the stages of the rewritten NEW Khan even though I have ran all the previous versions of it and this could be a good opportunity to do so.

The first 2 or 3 days suck when I start the fast. After that, my body gets used to it.
Currently doing a 24 hour one everyday. Except on Saturday it is a 36 hour fast until Sunday morning. And Sunday is my cheat day.
So far going great.

Am not eating at all. Every 24 hours I declare I did a 24 hour fast and keep going.
