Focus 10 IS one of the hemi-sync titles. From The Monroe Institute’s “Gateway Voyage” program I think.

Well Focus 10 was part of the Gateway program, so it did use Hemi-sync technology, it was really the first use of what would later become binaural beats. Hemi-sync itself was just a technology so it didn’t really have any objective other than to do what it was designed to do. Focus 10 was really those very first introductory tapes: the energy conversion box, the affirmation, the humming-breathing (although I think that was introduced in Focus 12), etc. It was the first of the states before going out of body: mind awake, body asleep. Then came Advanced Focus 10, Release and Recharge, Free Flow 10, etc all just really experimenting with state 10.

Focus 12, color breathing and the energy bar tool etc came next in Threshold, and it wasn’t until Wave III you actually got to remote viewing and initial OOBE training. And then Focus 15 wasn’t until Wave 5, the “no time state”. So they took a whole five CD’s to get close to what the Taoists were able to develop with just simple sitting practices, and it wasn’t until Wave 6 with Focus 21 that they bring people to the bridge between the physical and non physical realms. Everything up until that point is pretty ordinary states that can be achieved in normal meditation.

The hemi-sync tech feels like dinosaur tech when compared to Astral Projection X ZP V2.

I never really got anything out APX results wise. But at that, I found the way the Gateway tapes were presented as somewhat primitive too. Doing a guided meditation where the person is visualizing their heavy energy conversion box etc to get to the desired state just seemed contradictory, because for me at least there’s a limit to what talking can do.

I might take more of a look at APX once ZPU gets established. From what I understand all that stuff is up for an overhaul eventually.

now, we have the anti-recon scripting. And as with everything related to Zero Point, it’s so simplistic that if i simply summarized it in a single line, you’d all say “bullshit.” Well, the majority. Some would go: “damn, it really does make sense.”

So, I haven’t used custom titles yet, and I’m a bit unsure about how to use the Anti-Recon module if my playlist includes two majors. Would it count as a third ‘major’? Can I just download the Anti-Recon module from the Q-Store and use it like that?

No. You have to build a full fledged custom with 10 minimum modules, one of them the anti recon module.
Or you could use one of the new titles that has it already.

If it’s available in name in bed, you could probably do a name embedded Ascension chamber with the anti-recon module if you really wanted that type of result. Sanguine would also be a really good addition in a name in bed with the anti-recon module because San does a very good job of reducing recon.

@AnswerGroup I have the experimental anti-recon module in a custom. With the way I observed it working, I can confirm it isn’t “anti-recon” per se, it just helps you process and integrate the recon really fast. It’s on the level of what I experienced on RoM and Genesis + DR:LD.

It worked like this

• On Sunday I noticed a less desirable behavior.
• Then I observed my thoughts in real time and saw the ones giving headway to that specific behavior.
• Then I saw the entire pattern in full
• Then I simply asked myself “why is this so?”
• I was led down to the very source of the issue, the “impressions” that happened from when I was a child, till some point in my adult life, which then manifests as the pattern I observed.
• Then I noticed a flash of anger towards that source and it disappeared as quickly as it came.
• I didn’t journal or delve deep into the issue till today, and I went deeper, faster than I ever did.
• What takes me 45 minutes took me what felt like 10 minutes, to explore.
• Now, I also see how that “source impression” feeds into other patterns, skills and even character traits.

Things to note

• Emotional distance (possibly because of my stack)
• The entire process is very seamless, like a skill that has been trained till it became automatic.
• Then questions to ask come to mind and I get my answers immediately, like the question was created from the answer.
• It’s like my mind is a guiding hand, peacefully waiting till I make the “decision” to explore what just came up.
• The first section of noticing the pattern happened so fast, in less than a minute.
• It’s natural, every point in the process was meant to be and they all synchronize with each other.
• The emotions and states aren’t forced. Every emotion felt, solely pertained to what was being processed, and, that is fine.
• I also noticed acceptance (can’t fully explain this part). Whatever happened did happen and that’s fine. I didn’t justify that frame with sayings like “it happens to the best of us”. Although, there could be finger pointing and lawyer games, It is just fine.
• Several times, I had the thought “how can I make use of this?”

The every emotion felt part is real, initially I thought I was overexposing (which I wasn’t) but feelings, memories, questions, and the past kept coming up, funny thing is, it came from the Emperor Art of War however when I listened to a different title it happened also. I questioned was it a skill being learned, a process I may go through as part of the title, a release of some sort, either way the level of awareness and how quickly it all happens … and much more…
