I find it extremely powerful to map out and corner resurfacing false beliefs, self-illusions, misperceptions, and products of my own self-deception using the power of my rational mind (and logic), where they cannot lie their way out of reconciliation. That’s the most useful approach I’ve found with the new recon tech so far. Naturally, the ability to deal with full-blown recon relatively easily and quickly (which has been greatly enhanced with the new recon tech) helps a lot with that.
However, debunking those “lies” seems to transform me on the deeper levels in a way slower way than on the “most immediate levels”. It seems that the “visceral level” is not promptly accessible to the “rational mind” and “resistant” to its guide to some degree, only slowly trying to “catch up with it”. It seems to be beyond the reach of the words, so to speak, and what reaches it is just the ripple effect of the changes on the “more rational levels”.
For that reason, I 'm glad that @emperor_obewan mentioned other ways of working with our mind and, especially, Focus 10. I would gladly try Focus 10. Is it okay to combine it with ZP?

It does not, only for customs. Unless it’s under a different name, I don’t see it.
The mention of Focus 10 on the Black journal entry was only used as an example of a state where the mind is able to disconnect from external sensory phenomena (and ultimately after that from all the typical internal dialogue). Wasn’t specifically suggesting anyone try or not try it, was just pointing out that its easier to connect with the body-universe and the “subconscious” when the other distractions are shut off. You can probably find a number of different techniques to reach the same state, but I wouldn’t expect those types of tech would negatively impact subs, as long as you’re not overlaying the audios on one another and doing them separately. But Saint will know more.

I’m going to try it to explore deeper levels in order to map out more “obstructive subconscious structures” [in order to deal with (reconcile) them “rationally” later on] and to strengthen the ripple effect of changes that occur on more rational levels. It’s just a theory for now, though, but it seems quite promising. Thanks.
Yes, but Focus 10 seems to be the easiest method I’ve come across for doing so. I’m not formally trained in meditation, although I suppose most basic relaxation techniques could also be helpful.
On top of that, I’m moving to QL Stage 3 tomorrow, so I have a feeling it’s going to be really interesting.
