I remeber the old Qv2 days. The long hours were impossible for me unless i was sleeping. After ZP, i had to re learn how to sleep without the sound of water
Back then through, It was difficult to over expose and sub-hopping and over burdening the ” process que ” were issues we didn’t have.
Then again. Only those who presisted with a sub long term were those who had results i truly admired.
Subs nowdays require disciplin, action and an open mind. Making a smart choice of a stack, finding out the length of loops one can handle and then to let go and live in the real world where the magic happens

Old me on QV2: Whenever i would get great resluts i would share them and get super excited! Nothing wrong with that ofcourse but the mentality was ( Look at me! I did great! I can enspire you to do the same and so on )

Nodays: Great results? Thats normal! Thats just who i am! Would i post about being able to drink water? Or doing few pull ups? No thats the new normal. Its so seamless, smooth and natural. Its so good it’s could be a downside since those with great results barley post anything when most have allready been said and done.
