Psycho Cybernetics ha. Listened to that on audio a decade ago and completely forgot about it.
I had a great result from surprisingly DRR ST4 and Love Bomb. It’s like I’ve got Heart/Mind coherence now with the help of a heart healer therapist that’s known me for over a decade.
Was able to release a core issue that’s been with me all my life. It’s deeply personal and won’t elaborate but I will say this. I was seriously considering going on an Ayahuasca retreat to target this very issue and now I don’t feel it’s necessary. So I indirectly saved upwards of 10 grand by not having to go now.
Feeling a strong pull to DRG next cycle but may take a rest and do just a fun stack next cycle.
I think a key missing piece of cognitive enhancement is the Hearts Wisdom.
