Reflecting on what you really, exactly want and need isn’t overthinking. It’s more priming oneself for the sub and the whole process. The multitude of choices is IMO a very elegant way to guide users to think deeper about the whole topics, what actions can and will be taken and what the effects might be.
Overthinking is IMO more a problem during the listening cycles. Then taking action and just letting the sub do its thing works best.

Agreed, the challenge for me was prioritizing the main challenge and working that, from there it kind of falls into place and you’re almost guided on where to go intuitively

Imagine walking through the aisles of a supermarket, looking for the ingredients for your favorite dish. You see the multitude of fruits, of meats, of pasta, of vegetables. And with many you see, you immediately think of another delicious dish you could cook with it.
And suddenly you hear someone say “Why can’t there just be apples, ground beef, macaroni and onions. It would make cooking so much easier”.

Of course, you wouldn’t need to think about which ingredients you need, because there’s just one of each kind.
But it would not only make eating boring, it would also make it impossible to get the results you desire.
