Listened an extra 20s to limitless to test db
Havent noticed anything productivity wise tbh.
Got compliments from my driving instructor on my driving today, not sure if limitless helped

On the 6th day accidenyly listened to limitless an extra 30s on quitr high volume and also listened to paragon an extra 30s the next listening day,experienced some recon today in the form of anger and tiredness as a result
I have noticed i am kind of ocd ish and overthinkish had people say it to me too,is kind of annoying tbh
Lowering my volume level to 7,hopefull it will reduce recon levels
Will be reducing my ultrasonic listenening volume to around -55db since saint himself said he listens around -60db
Accidentally increased my sub listening time by +8s instead of +5s if i dont see recon ill just add +2s next listen
Listened to 40s limitless and 3 minute paragon had recon in the form of people getting shot in a dream,hopefully it goes away by next listen
Not sure how to go about this ill stay at 40sec limitless and hope the recon subsides last time i increased 30s on paragon and had recon of dreaming of someone screaming at me then the next loop at the same listening time had worse dream so i knew i was causing overload or too much recon but this time im only increase by 5s so hopefully it subsides
Listening to 50s if limitless and 3 min 23s of paragon without recon will be listening to 3 min 28s of paragon today, also im noticing clearer skin as a results of increasing paragon listening time. Cant notice an obvious affect from limitless yet
Sometimea i wish there werent so many subs makes me overthink if i chose the right one or if i need to use another one
Curreny listening to 55s limitles and 3 min 33s paragon im going test on increasing my loops by 7s then 8s then 10s because increasing loops by 5s just takes too long
Will increase loops by 10s hopefully it works out
Also have been fantasizing on what an ideal custom would like like for me

Accidently listened to limitless an extra 33s when i was just planning 10s… oh well might as well just see what happens
And no recon to report, feeling very happy about that,now i dont even know why i was so scared to increase my listening time by 30s, will continue to increase listening times by 30s
