Yes, stacks are recommended at 3 or less.
So 1 custom paired with another custom would = a 2 sub stack.
Add the Mosaic module to one of your customs to help synergize since they are two different goals.

I wouldn’t recommend to start with customs.
It’s like creating a special recipe and order it in a high-class Restaurant for ten times the price of a normal dish without even knowing how the ingredients taste.

On another notei wanto to start my 7 and 9 year old biys on the Quantum Limitless multistage pack,. It will be 2 stages on a patter rotation but how do i determine to progress to stage 3 and 4?
I would suggest you reconsider doing that.

there are different approaches you can take for when to advance to the next stage.
either you milk everything you can from a stage before advancing, so it might look like this:
Stage 1: 4 cycles
Stage 2: 2 cycles
Stage 3: 3 cycles
Stage 4: stay, unless you want to repeat from stage 1
or use the stages for a period of time over and over again until you get no recon from stage 1-3. then stay on stage 4.
Stage 1: 1 cycle
Stage 2: 1 cycle
Stage 3: 1 cycle
Stage 4: 1 cycle, repeat again to stage 1 unless you are satisfied with & get no recon anymore from the previous stages
Thanks mate, the quantum limitless multi stage states if under 16 years old then parental guidance is needed. But I thought I check with you guys first
It actually says:
“If you are under the age of 16, this product must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18.”
and
“16+ with parental / legal guardian guidance.”
What does that mean? That means it is recommended the listener must be 16 years or older.
Your children are not yet 16.
