My Journey to Olympus

Running EQv2 for the first time

I am not well acquainted with Qv2. I only ran RM 2-3 times.

Now that I’m more than half an hour in EQv2, I’m feeling this strange sensation in the middle of my chest and throat, like there’s a small pocket of air trapped there. Very minimal, not too uncomfortable.

I also felt this with RM. It’s strange and I completely forgot about that feeling until I ran EQv2. Could it be trying to release some bad stuff? Or just a peculiar coincidence.

I am not sure, I’m not very good with these things, but just to note in this journal, perhaps after sometime this sensation would go and things would feel as normal as Qv1.

Do you feel the effects of subs when you run them, aside from that odd sensation how is Emperor QV2 so far?

Not all the time, no. Except when I went overboard and I felt nauseous.

I’m still chatty for some reason. Sometimes I’d type a long comment, only to delete it, cause I’d be thinking what’s the point, and yet so far I’m still letting myself go.

I am guessing Stark is still doing it’s thing, or EQv2 is less stern? It’s too early to tell, but so far I don’t feel that familiar aloofness. Yet.

I still don’t want to workout though…

Have you tried Qv2? I am not sure if it’s right for me to continue experimenting with the new build, after all I am careful to rock the boat…

rocking the boat!–I’m debating the same thing with testing QV2, I may try a loop tomorrow.

QV2 is supposed to create a faster experience of results but I remember when Q came out it took longer to experience the effects initially than V4 because there was so much more information.

EQV2 may be less stern- keep us in the loop of your experience vs Q1!

Haha rocking the boat indeed. Okay maybe slightly tilting it with Qv2…

I’ll observe, but so far so good. I’ll probably go back to v1 just cause I’m already familiar with it. My stint with ST3 is coming up, so I don’t know. My head is spinning, so much temptations! Hahaha Cheers buddy

Not right now. But soon.

Whatever it is in your stack made you a lot more social and affable from what I could remember months ago. Could be the effect of Khan. Good stuff, mate.

Thanks and :dragon: on!

I am impressed with your level of engagement and kindness in your communication, especially while running Khan Stage 4!

EQ, just like clockwork.

I’m still not doing my usual workout, but I’m motivated to do some cardio now.

It’s been around 2 weeks of no workouts, plus junk food here and there. Time to get back on the saddle and repair the damage.

Possible EQv2 effect. I noticed just now that my muscles are slightly sore. Mainly on my chest, shoulders, triceps, but I didn’t do any weight training today or even the past week, just some light cardio.

I felt this on EQ before, but I don’t remember feeling it this soon. Not sure yet if it’s the new build, but I’m noting it in my journal for future reference.

I didn’t find noticeable irritability or cognitive decline, though I don’t feel a lot of mental clarity either.

Too early to tell the difference, but so far so good.

To add, my mood was good today, I was laughing and joking around. I didn’t feel too distant, although there are certain people in my circle right now that I am consciously avoiding, not due to any negativity, but I’m just not feeling it.

This probably concludes my Q2 experiment for the meantime, until I’m certain how I would fare with DR ST3.

Thanks man! That means a lot to me!

Thing is with Khan, I don’t feel like I’m becoming a polarizing badass. When I ran it pre-Q I felt like I hit a ceiling. After 2 or 3 months of Khan st4 I dropped it for Stark.

I know in the USA an alpha male is presented as one who metaphorically beats his chest and destroys any one challenging him. My personal alpha view is that I aspire to lead, and leading can involve facilitating harmony and collaboration. That’s why if I remember this person is wanting to do something and another person might be doing something I think is similar, I tag them.

Khan has likely made me more out going. That’s the most obvious change I think.

As for polarizing, some people have negative reactions to me. Although I can’t figure out why at this point.

Others seem to be oblivious to me. However experience has taught me that if I’m being ignored by someone, they might be doing me a favor because if they payed attention to me who knows what they would do.

Not feeling as social today. Could be recon or Stark is fading into the background.

Tomorrow ST3.

Hey bud, waited a day before I hit you up about Qv2. I had a good time for the most part, but right now I’m not feeling too social. I don’t feel like talking much. No anger, no negativity or irritation, just low on energy.

There’s a lot of factors. Could be Stark, fading and EQ taking over so it’s affecting my equilibirum, or just plain recon from Qv2. Hope this helps with your data.

Running EQv1 right now

Have you ever tried coconut flakes? You would have to get rid of junk food too. I know there may be another reason but in general those quick fixes help a lot.

No, no more junkfood since EQ. Lost interest in the cookie jar.

Thanks man. Coconut flakes, huh? I’ll check that out. Might be high on fat, so that’s good.

I’m observing myself. I may have spoken too soon about that no negative feeling.

I’m feeling apprehensive right now about DR ST3, and I am pretty sure this is recon.

If I feel like crap on it like the majority of ST2, I am not sure I can still proceed. I’m starting to feel that familiar ST2 feeling again and I don’t like it one bit. Healing is good, but I just cannot afford to fall apart right now.

Fingers crossed ST3 is loaded with feel good, otherwise, I don’t know.

Also got some not so good message. Not sure if this is just a coincedence or my dreaded forge or evolution module has thrown some challenges my way.
