Just a heads up emperor has deep sleep in it
@Billions oof does it really? Then why is it impossible for me to sleep at night? But I can sleep all day after being both physically and mentally exhausted?
It’s like I need 18 hours of absolute physical and mental stimulation to get tired.
Maybe I need to exercise very intensely daily.
Yeah, conscious actions will be more important. I was a wreck, sleep-wise, ubtil my girlfriend and I started hosting something we called “the 7am challenge.”
We’d bring a bunch of our friends onto zoom for a week, lead them through morning routines like meditation stretching and journalling, and charge 'em 25 bucks each for the pleasure.
Did that for about 5 months STRAIGHT. without any cheat days. It permanently chsnged my circadian rhythm. Because I created a new habit, which was hard af but took time and ended up becoming permanent.
Before that experience, waking up at around 9am was a fantastic achievement - anything was better than sleeping in till 11 or 12. Now, waking up at 7am feels late, and even if I fall asleep at 11, I naturally wake up around 6am.
Admittedly, I usually fall back asleep
Sleep will be one major example where the subliminals will only do so much… conscious action is important
A wind down night routine is really important. First of all, get a brain.fm subscription. Its the perfect platform for goal-focused music… amazing work music, amazing chill music, amazing sleep/rest music.
Play brain.fm sleep music an hour before bed. Turn off all other devices. Take 0.4mg or less of liquid melatonin. Meditate if you like. And stretch. Stretching resets circadians back to baseline, if other factors line up. So stretching before bed in a dark room will help your body realize its time to sleep.
The most important exercise for sleep is “legs up the wall” which is exactly what it sounds like. Hold that position for 5-15 minutes.
Set an alarm, and the moment you wake up, jump into a shower to reset your circadian rhythm. If you jump into the shower whem your alarm first goes off, you’re good to go. However, if you fall back asleep, you’re trapped in a sleep cycle that will take 2-3+ hours to finish on its own (even though youre awake)… the only way to end a sleep cycle once it starts during wakefulness is a cold shower. So, dont sleep in, unless you like cold showers.
And yeah more exercise helps. Specifically steady state cardio. Its best for your mind, as well as best at creating those full-body exercise effects. It’ll have a better effect on your sleep than weightlifting
Appreciate the feedback as always.

there is no way I’ll be able to do that 7 AM thingy. But I can start working on it in a different way for sure.
-
I really dislike cardio especially running. It’s so boring and hurts my knees. I’d rather lift or train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
-
I’ll definitely look into using brain.fm way more, I actually have used it pretty infrequently for a few years now. It’s super good. Never tested it for sleep though.

I’ll look into pre-bed time stretching. That’s a good tip.
For sure. 7am was rly hard. Couldnt have done it without living with my gf - just pick a time that works for you and be consistent.
And you can always grab a skip rope and use that. Its my fave form of cardio especially if weighted. Listen to tabata interval music while jumping for skip rope hiit
Ultimately I do want to consistently get up at about 6:30 AM to 7:00 AM.
Right now I just don’t hav anything that would allow for that. Currently I work during the night like 4 PM to 10 PM so it’s just scuffed.
When I land this car sales job, it’ll allow for a more consistent schedule. Plus working on my agency will be catapulted the second I get my sleep in order. I’m sure of it.
Didn’t journal Day 14, basically worked the entire day. Nothing to report. It was a rest day. Made a decent amount of money that day so that’s fine.
Day 15: Emperor (15 minutes) - chose not to run Stark today to focus on my strengths in the interview
BOOM!!! Landed my first car sales job at a local dealership in my area.
Nice one bro, congrats.
Day 16: Rest Day
Really been debating my next stack to run especially now that my focus is semi split between building an agency (core focus) and building my car sales job (secondary focus)
Succeeding with my job should be paramount focus since it’ll allow me the resources to build my agency up using virtual assistants and the remaining time I have in the day.
Day 17: Emperor + Stark ( 15 minutes each )
I’ve kind of struggled the last week with keeping up with my journal. Had a very lucrative day at work, had some very generous guests, and my mood has increased greatly after securing this new job. I’m nervous but also excited for a new chapter.
Day 18: Rest Day
I’ve decided that this journal will be retired as I focus entirely on my car sales job, agency will be worked on as a side hustle for the time being. There is enough time in the day to work on both. Obviously I am holding my agency back by doing this but this is for the long term.
My next stack will be Chosen + House of Medici until further notice.
Tomorrow will be my final run of Emperor + Stark until I start working with customs.
Will you be making a journal for this stack?
Yep. It’s main focus will be my journey through sales but also agency will still be apart of it.
Can you please change the title of this thread to “Monarch’s Journal | The Agency Founder”
And close it
I had a question in regards to what you said here. How have your results been with brain.fm and SC and are you still using brain.fm
