I won’t be doing it. Only running Emperor and Stark.
Glad I could be of service. I’ve noticed it happens to all of us. Always chasing the next subliminal high. But it never comes, you’ll never feel like you did the first two or three months you started using subs. Your mind has already been upgraded beyond what your conscious mind can be aware of.
@Ice told me in the beginning that he didn’t start extracting the best lessons of Emperor until he had ran it for 12 months consistently.
Let’s keep it simple and keep it consistent.
cheers to our growth!
Day 2:
Rest day. Been super fucking tired (I don’t think it’s recon as I’ve been staying up degenerate hours and drinking WAYYY too much caffeine)
That shit is toxic.
Becoming more and more clear though as the days go by on the actions I need to take for my agency.
Priority #1 is start cold emailing and getting my offer into as many peoples minds as possible. Nothing else matters. Sales is the lifeblood of any business, without it, you got nothing.
Day 3:
Emperor + Stark (15 minutes each)
Woke up feeling great, slept like an absolute @Simon … I mean Chad - been super focused today but haven’t gotten A LOT of work done. Might be due to procrastination or my focus being broken often (need to work on that without using Adderall as a crutch)
But I’ve gotten more done than normal so I’ll take that as a victory.
Very heavy subliminal day as I’ve been working with Emperor + Stark plus a few other creators who work with topics that SubClub doesn’t touch.
I feel amazing.
Day 4:
Rest day. Didn’t accomplish much today, wasn’t nearly as focused as I was on Wednesday. Not sure why? Might have not slept as good.
Feels like sleep has been my bottleneck as a human being for far too long. Time to fix it.
Might start experimenting with a nighttime sleep subliminal.
Day 5:
Emperor + Stark (15 minutes each)
Feeling a little bit of recon.
Angry at myself for not taking action for so long on my goals. Angry at myself for wasting time on things that aren’t important (chasing meaningless sex, video games, drugs, etc.) Angry at myself for not starting my agency in 2017 when I originally got into this space. Angry that I am 5 years behind on my agency goals (I should’ve been at 8 figures by now )
Onward and upward.
You know what they say…
Agreed. Nothing gained from dwelling on the past.
Day 6: Rest Day
Nothing much to report on the subliminal front. I don’t really experience recon anymore from SubClub (I kind of miss the recon ) . Yesterday might have just been a conscious regurgitation of my goals not aligning with my actions plus using other sub creators (I’ve already been yelled at by a few people on the forum
but until SubClub makes a golf mastery, sleep mastery subliminal… I gotta do it) .
Gaining some momentum with my agency.
Started building my lead list, creating my core offer for my market, and still working on a general pricing structure for my grand slam offer (homage to Alex Hormozi) Read $100M Offers three times in the last week.
Key Points:
A) I need to address my current nutrition. It’s been far too scattered and I’ve been abusing carbohydrates. Most likely will transition into a ketogenic/carnivore diet. Heard incredible testimonials from people who have done these type of diets for ADHD. @Billions might be worth looking into for you as well brother. I have some resources I can send your way just let me know.
B) I need to address my sleep. It’s very difficult for me to stay on a sleep routine because my brain is the living embodiment of organized chaos. I’m not neurotic at all but my mind is juggling like 50 different high level things at once at any given moment. I think nutrition will certainly play a major role in this as well but some things I can do is… supplement magnesium glycinate, do some light stretching before bed to relax myself, no computer/phone 60 minutes before bed, hot shower to bring blood to the surface of my skin which reduces core body temperature, daily sun exposure for 30 minutes, and exercise.
C) I need to address my exercise. Since I moved, I stopped training brazilian jiu jitsu and I can feel it. Golf once a week isn’t cutting it.
Fixes: Start going back to BJJ at least 3 times a week. Start weightlifting 3 times a week. This is probably the easiest thing for me to fix rather than nutrition and sleep cause it’s fun.
YAAA boi. Alex Hormozi is the goat. Send me your offer privately when you have it.
Did 8 months of ketogenic diet. That’s the reason I’m no longer on mood stabilizers and was the catalyst to many many things, especially my agency. You’re on the right path.
Honestly it’s much more difficult than I thought it would be especially after realizing your offer accounts for MOST of getting the sale. I’m trying to create a grand slam offer ala Hormozi.
Your offer is a product of the quality of your results. You can’t just create an offer out of thin air, either. You have to have an offer that guarantees quality results.
Day 7: Emperor + Stark (15 minutes each) + Ascension Chamber (7 minutes)
@Billions - your guidance throughout this week has been priceless, you’ve become a friend and a trusted ally in this conquest. Thank you!
I’ve decided the ONE thing I am going to quit is caffeine. No more soda, tea that contains caffeine, and certainly no coffee. Since sleep has been a major bottleneck for me I’ve decided that eliminating caffeine should be the easiest “ONE THING” to remove from my life while also adding insane long term value to my life as it’ll aide in my ability to sleep better which will in turn address other issues as well.
I’ve noticed my cognition is much smoother than it has been for awhile. Thoughts are more clear, thoughts remain in my memory bank for longer so I don’t always have to write things down or else I’ll forget for a few days until it comes back to me.
I’ve noticed my desire to work on my agency has increased drastically, even if it’s just working on something really small like a cold email template, or working on some random system that’ll help with getting clients. Everything just seems interesting to me right now. Even just sitting down and watching an online course around the agency topic isn’t pure misery anymore (my attention span is trash - working on it).
Things are starting to connect and all it takes is action. Next steps as I listed above. I need to start working out, I need to start eating consistently the same foods, and I need to sleep at the same time everyday.
YESSSSSS.
Quitting caffeine is one of my big breakthroughs. Seriously helpful, I can not stay focused with any coffee or tea whatsoever. You made a great choice
I loves how I felt off coffee for a week. I wasnt able to quit for longer than a week for almost 2 months, but eventually got it by starting 75 hard with my gf.
Just dont give in, no matter how sleep deprived you are!
Day 8: Rest Day
Insanely tired, absolutely no motivation or focus, no drive to do anything.
Adding that Ascension Chamber loop yesterday put me in such a great mood, but holy shit I feel terrible today.
Day 1: No Caffeiene.
This is going to be fun.
probably withdrawals
