Subs don’t “have” other subs in them any longer. That’s Q and prior.

Why not just play EoG each stage for one set of 21 days and only use that to make the results come faster instead of 2 stage of 21 days with 2 other subs?

Unfortunately you can’t rush results. They come when the timing is right whether you like it or not in my experience. The name of the game is consistency. By doing 2 sets you are giving your brain around 50 days to mull over whatever the subliminal is saying. This is going to build up a much firmer baseline as you progress to each stage.
Also it’s what the founders recommended. I tend to listen to them. They know their products far better than I do.
