He said 6-10 reps of course to the fail but other than that I do not know the exact timing for the positive and negative phases. I think it was like 2 seconds for positive and 4 for negative, but since I am not doing it I was not paying that much attention to it.

Usually what helps me most with recon is funnily enough a loop of the QTKS custom. The headaches are starting to get unbearable to be honest so I will cut the washout short and start again today. For now all I can think of is QTKS + GLM: The Commander as it’s the no failure method that works every time for everything but I still want to add something light to the mix. Either something like Limitless Executive or Paragon Sleep. Not QL or Limitless as that would be a bit too heavy for me having recon right now.

90% sure I will get LE a test run. Haven’t tried it in ZPV2 last time I tried it was in Q and while it didn’t give me recon. It didn’t really give me the productivity I expected so hopefully things change now but Beyond Limitless on the other hand that thing was a masterpiece for exams back then.

Almost done with my first loop of LE and I already know before the new wealth experience comes out if this doesn’t impact my social skills. It’s going to stay in my stack.

LE is guiding me in directions to take my productivity towards research in tech and biohacking further. Main two questions that I’m trying to solve is what’s the best diet I can do to optimize my brain to make it work at peak performance and what workout I can do that is time efficient and that maximize the amount of physical results I get as well as brain results from exercise.

LE is helping with the recon. Finally feeling some times of brain clarity after 3 days of pain.

Wouldn’t recommend Mentzer’s workout if you aren’t super advanced, that’s what everyone forgets about Mentzer. He was deep into his lifting career and already built most of his physique when he started doing HIT. I’m all for HIT, but the way Mentzer does it is simply not enough volume or frequancy. I’ve been lifting for 10+ years, I’ve tried just about everything in the books.

If your going to do HIT, Dorian Yate’s style works much better, doing 2 sets per excercise a heavy one getting close to failure, but leaving a rep in the tank, and then a back off set of about 10-20 percent and all out. I love biohacking. One thing I’ve learned is that it takes experimentation before you find the correct stack that works for you and your goals.

Are your goals mainly cognitive and work?

Funnily enough you just explained how subs work too by experimentation before find the correct stack or way of listening to them haha.

Mainly work, cognitive and social/networking was a small part of it but honestly I found my sweet spot is only to date when I’m traveling so I removed the romance goals till I travel. How about you?

Do report, I was thinking of running IG: UPX when I get back to work from parental leave, but I have a feeling LE might be better since I’m already a coder, and even though you can always take it to the next level I perhaps want something more fast acting for work.
